We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomRoads a bit busy so you can always hear the cars driving by and that’s bit noisy. I see what people say that you have to walk past by the restaurant to get to your room. But that’s doesn’t rly bother us.
Room is big and clean. Paid for 71£ for this so not bad.

United KingdomQuite noisy as sound seemed to travel through the windows easily. Also lack of a desk with a mirror or a shelf in the bathroom to do makeup. Could do with a little desk maybe?
Location was good and nearby parking easy to get to. Bedrooms were great and really comfy bed too. Great room facilities which made it a restful, easy comfortable stay

Location was perfect in city centre but on a quiet road. The room was excellent tastefully furnished in a contemporary style.

United KingdomThere's no parking, so you have to pay in the public carpark, however it is just round the corner.
We were upgraded to the 'Chic' room. It was much more luxurious than I expected for the price! It had everything we needed for a comfortable overnight stay including a tiny kitchen, teabags and coffee etc and fresh milk in the fridge. The bathroom was amazing with a roll top bath and separate rain shower. The check in instructions to access the room were really clear. It is only a short walk to the town centre and also a lovely park.

United KingdomStaff sat at top of stairs each time we came back which made us a little uncomfortable although they didn’t do anything wrong. King size bed was 2 beds pushed together. Apartment was smaller than we expected. Would benefit from a 2nd bedside table although it would be right outside the bathroom door.
We booked a standard apartment but got upgraded free of charge which was unexpected and appreciated. The apartment was really nice and the location was great. Plenty of towels, free sweets and fresh milk.
