Very warm in the room at night

Spacious room, very comfortable bed, complimentary products were a nice touch. Asked to move rooms as we were on the ground floor on night one and it was too humid in the room. We were moved to the first floor straight away where we could fully open the windows and it was much cooler. Very accommodating and helpful

I'm always wary of self check-in with key locks and jazzy Yale electronic systems. And the building only runs as a restaurant from Wed-Sun so our check-in on Monday was definitely solo + very quiet. I tried to ring the helpline (as supplied from the verbiage/text) and that said "leave us an email and we'll try to get back to you". Thank goodness a lady rang to say "have you just rung us?". Have an unmanned phone which defaults to "leave us an email" is never a good sign. But she was very helpful and we parked off street next to the building.

Had a lovely stay in the POLO CLUB room with a kitchenette. Room, bed, kitchenette was clean and comfortable. The interior is very nicely designed. The bathroom is a walk-in wet room shower style. The only thing being the floor gets soaked and goes across the floor in front of the WC and sink area so the bath mat is sodden and you can’t go back in unless you’re wearing shoes/sliders which is a pain. It’s on the doorstep of the lovely Winckley Square which is 5 mins to the High St. Ideal for a city centre stay. Tried to ring the helpline but it went to a recorded message that said leave an email (!). Thank goodness a lady rang us to ask if we’d called earlier and she sorted out our early check-in and let us park in the area outside the apartment. Phew. Thx. Entry is by Yale Electronic Keypad 🔢 which is always a jittery moment. Room entry is via a “carer” key safe on the wall next to the room door. Would definitely here stay again. Travel group- Couple Rooms: - 5 Service: - 5 Location: - 5 Rooms Polo Club kitchenette apartment was a great place to stay. Nearby activities MUST visit the amazing Black Horse pub. Grade II listed building and interior with the most amazing beer 🍺!!! 12/10. Walkability Next to Winckley Square which is lovely and 5 mins to the High St. Hotel highlights - Quiet

I would highly recommend, we stayed for one night but would happily have stayed for longer,and we will be coming back. It was amazing value for everything included. I was impressed by the kitchen and the facilties, it had a great amount of coffee,tea,hot chocolate and even milk in the fridge, which you don't often get at other hotels. The location is near winckley Park and very central,easy to get into the city centre and back. The bed was so comfy and the bathroom was luxurious! Thanks so much :)

Welcome note and sweets were a bonus! The tv had different apps and channels which was nice when unwinding the evening. The location is perfect - a couple minutes walk into town and right next to a beautiful park

They have their own car park but for only a few cars like 5 cars. I didn't like having paid for the public car park , and even though it was a 5 min walk, holding your language can get a bit difficult while walking through streets to the apartment.

Roads a bit busy so you can always hear the cars driving by and that’s bit noisy. I see what people say that you have to walk past by the restaurant to get to your room. But that’s doesn’t rly bother us.

Room is big and clean. Paid for 71£ for this so not bad.

Quite noisy as sound seemed to travel through the windows easily. Also lack of a desk with a mirror or a shelf in the bathroom to do makeup. Could do with a little desk maybe?

Location was good and nearby parking easy to get to. Bedrooms were great and really comfy bed too. Great room facilities which made it a restful, easy comfortable stay
