Most of the beds where fine but the one my husband and I slept in (the double at the bottom of the house) was really uncomfortable with springs stabbing us, luckily there was a duvet from another room not being used that we used as a mattress topper on the 2nd night which really helped but could really do with either a new mattress or even just a decent topper. Maybe blackout blinds in bedrooms would be good as it does get light very early Lots of cobwebs in most rooms and wardrobes

Lovely cottage style house, host was lovely and views were beautiful with lovely gardens and plenty space for us all. Host was friendly and helpful when I needed to request extra towel and help with the heating and helped my grandad when he arrived before us all. All amenities we needed where there and internet access was good. Good water pressure in showers and gave us taxi numbers

We swapped the cot to the far, lower room because of noise through the covered door from the kitchen. Some of the beds were less comfortable than others (ours in upper left room was good), the far, lower room bed was not that comfortable and creaked. My daughter (but not her husband) in that room was kept awake by worry about moving and the bed noises waking the baby and also the sound of ?rodents in the walls and/or roof though happily no evidence within the house. Kitchen kettle spilled badly on pouring and there were no table spoons for serving. I found the key safe switch hard to press down.

Beautiful and rural location right on edge of Hereford with all its attractions and facilities. Lovely, spacious, warm and well maintained accommodation and great garden. Very comfortable living space. Attractive furnishings. I loved it and would hope to come again. The access information was really helpful and Jaime was generously flexible about access and leaving times - much appreciated.

We had a few issues sorting out the heating on the first night and we could have called the owner for help but chose not to and we sorted it the next day. If we had called, the owner could have been there in a couple of minutes to help us so this isn't a criticism, just advice in case you also can't work it out... just ask! Anyway once we found the thermostat the place was toasty warm throughout very quickly.

I booked Willow cottage so I knew the location was impressive but all four of us were so excited by the inside and outside of the property. It was amply roomy for the four of us in separate rooms but would still have been comfortable if we had been 8 and fully occupied it. The garden area was beautiful and would be great if you were there when the weather was warmer. Fully recommend, great for a group of friends or a family.

The house is in a beautiful quiet location, there are our rental properties on the site but there was no noise from them. It is really well resourced, spacious and nicely furnished. There is a lovely garden to sit out in and it’s secure for dogs. There’s a nice pub within walking distance and Jaime was very responsive and helpful 😊

Bathrooms were a bit small but adequate, It would have been nice to have had an information/welcome pack with walks, places to visit, things to do. Also where we could explore on the grounds.

Loads of character and overall very comfortable. The sitting room was a delight with plenty of room for 7 of us and the children to play. Lashings of hot water! We managed to find the short walk to the local pub where we were made to feel very welcome.

Could do with blackout blinds as the sun woke us at 5.30am each day so not much sleep but I'd still stay again I'd just take a sleep mask next time.

Gorgeous location, peaceful, quiet, beautiful garden, relaxing listening to birdsong, comfortable beds, spacious, clean, close to Hereford, two pubs within a couple of miles. Good communication from the hosts. Will likely book again. We loved our stay there, only let down by the lack of sleep only due to day light streaming through the curtains. Otherwise it was a perfect stay and we had a wonderful time.

It was the perfect place for our family to stay. It has plenty of bathrooms and a very spacious lounge and kitchen. Peaceful location, nice to walk around the grounds. Convenient location close to Hereford and there's a lovely pub in the village, highly recommended for meals. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Beautiful cottage with great facilities. Very easy to get to Hereford ( about 2_ miles). It is set in the grounds / courtyard of Willow house and is very peace. The cottage was very clean, beds were comfy . The kitchen was very well equipped . Lovely log fire and good central heating. The photos do not do it justice. Bigger than anticipated. Large garden with table and chairs and a BBQ.

We had a lovely stay here in a location more impressive than the photographs suggest. Perfect for a New Year’s Eve getaway for a group of 8. Four good rooms and plenty of table and kitchen space. Will definitely be back here if we plan to be in the area again

Lots of room, fully equipped, very comfortable beds. Lovely unexpected treat of a wood burner with enough logs for one night. Big table to sit the 8 of us around for dinner. It was a lovely, lovely stay, great catch up with friends and we were shown around the Manor House. We will definitely be back again!

Perfect the granddaughter thought she was a Princess turning up to a Castle like Hall she was so excited. The cobbled yard and mountain block started stories of horses for bedtime. Hostess was brilliant, friendly and super helpful over parking as we had three vehicles a little unexpected. There was super space within the accommodation for all of us - excitement picking bedrooms for six adults and two children and outdoor space with great walled garden solid garden furniture and BBQ facilities everything we could have needed. Beautiful orchard type garden with fancy pear trees. We were staying for a friend son’s Wedding in Hereford but with Willow House we wished we could have stayed longer and made use of all the facilities on offer quiet lovely dinners in the garden and a glass of wine could have carried on with this one. We did eat at The Crown and Anchor too which was a big bonus great staff - sampled there food the first night and they did us proud also did us a child’s meal to take away too. Only 15min walk from the house really friendly local village pub. Just have nothing bad to say about our time at Willow House. Definitely would visit again x
