There was a weird yellow stain on one of the towels but it was no big deal we just used a different one. I liked the modern touch with all the light switches but sometimes it took a bit of trial and error to find the right thing and all the panels might be a little troublesome for people who struggle with modern tech (maybe like the two old ladies in the elevator with us that didn't know they needed to put their keycards in to activate it). There was no real big issues overall though and it was overall a very positive stay.

It's very space efficient and has lots of neat features. It's my first time staying in an aparthotel so it was fun going around checking out everything there was to offer in the room. The little dinky milk bottles for example are cute and also a nice way to reduce food waste without producing extra rubbish. I also like that the room looks professional but has a couple of quirky decorations in discrete locations. My sister was also impressed with how luxurious it was and said she would consider staying here again the next time she goes to London. I chose this place specifically because it was across the road from an event I was attending but the location is also great for its proximity to the tube and an abundance of food places that me and my sister used to fill our spare time. It was nice of the staff too to pop around and give us extra complementary chocolate. We accidentally booked an accessible room so the shower was a bit annoying as water went everywhere as they’re designed for wheelchairs. My mistake!

The location was excellent, walking distance to all the best spots like Trafalgar Square etc. The room was clean and modern.

Warm welcome and fabulous location for Covent Garden. The beds were very comfortable and the room had some great treats.

Nothing I didn’t like about the hotel! I found the coffee machine a bit temperamental and difficult to use but maybe that’s just me. Managed to make one coffee but when I was trying to make more I couldn’t make it work.

Amazing modern hotel at a great central location. Very friendly staff and well thought out facilities to maximise every inch of space.

We hated the tiny toilet! It is very tricky if you are tall as your knees will hit the towel rail! This was not comfortable for us!!

Location was superb, it was situated so close to Covent gardens and theatres it provided us a useful base to explore London from. The kitchenette had everything we needed and the room was lovely modern decor. Even though very central there was not too much noise and the beds were comfortable so great night sleep were had by both of us. Staff were very helpful and accomodating

Being right by Covent Garden it was quite noisy at night especially as my windows were towards the main road. I am petite person and even I found the shower quite snug.

Amazing location right next to the savoy. The staff were extremely friendly and gave me a free upgrade from a basement room to a room on the second floor. They also had hot drinks in the lobby in the morning and a cocktail and mocktail in the evenings. The kitchen looked well equipped.
