What a fantastic place to stay in camber! The photos don’t do it justice - it was so spacious and perfect for a group! Very clean and homely. Bed very comfortable and lots of things to keep kids busy. Perfect location and hosts were very helpful! Will be staying again!

Can't think of anything? Some very small niggles with light-bulbs not working, or flicking, but I'm sure they had only just started playing up and easy to fix. There were small child friendly additions through the property (gates) but we had no need for them, but useful if you do need them.

Lovely property on the beach road in Camber. We could climb (!) up the sand dune path a minute from the house, or cheat and walk down to the Camber car-park. I loved the planting out front from the house, and sitting and having morning coffee and watching all the wildlife and looking at the trees. The property was perfect for our adult family and we all had space to sit and relax. The kitchen is small and perfectly formed for making breakfast and snacks. It was a very calming weekend stay.

No coffee machine as advertised. Sofa in lounge looking worn and old. Blackout curtains in bedrooms.

Fantastic location as the view was nice and walk to the beach was just 2 mins. Inside the house, the beds were so comfy and bathroom clean and spacious.The home cinema and games room was so good for the kids.

From Booking to arrival to leaving. The hosts kept us informed of everything we needed to know and were very helpful with any queries I had. The house is amazing. Lots of space for 2 families. It is in a great location with a lovely pub/restaurant around the corner and the beach practically on the doorstep :-)

absolutely nothing it was perfect

the house was stunning. Beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean and tidy. We feel in love and didn’t want to leave. cinema room with table football, was just out of this world, was perfect for keeping the children entertained. it was the little touches that made the stay everything the welcome treat local apple juice, crisps and cake. I couldn’t believe how close it was to the beach. To sit in the balcony at night and hear the ocean was incredibly peaceful. we couldn’t be more happy with our stay thank you so much. We will defo be back during the summer time

The hot water setup is not great for a larger group especially for a seaside holiday when showers are needed when back from beach. We kept running out of hot water. The building is not sound proof so even if you walk it travels through the entire building. In terms of facilities it could possibly do with another bathroom downstairs.

The place was spacious and entertainment provisions and layout really good to split up the group. The facilities were clean and the instructions given were on point. The owners were very responsive and easily contactable during our stay. Overall a very nice property in a great location for easy beach access.
