1. The oven needs a deep clean. If you want to use it. The host has agreed to organise a deep clean 2. The host has also agreed to dump unused paste, brush and amenities left by previous guests in common areas but it's not a big issue just takes space 3. The fridge had a bad smell so left a lemon wedge and it fixed the issue.

Very safe. Extremely responsive host. The place was comfortable and clean. I want to clearly say that the host went out of the way to make me and kid comfortable. Messages were answered promptly and politely. Kitchen had the right amenities for cooking. The host ensured that all feedback was sorted and the stay was comfortable. Overall a clean and cosy place with right heating

It was super dirty. leakage from the ceiling in the living room, couches in the living room were very dirty and I asked the property manager to cover them in order to sit down, the pans in the kitchen were completely moulded and scratched at health level concern and the oven was philthy, no glasses to drink water and no chairs and table available. The first day we got there we didn't feel welcome.

Just the Location, the wifi and Daniel, the property manager, who clearly tried his best to help us to let us live there despite the horrible condition. The listing on Booking.com says is rented as full apartment but they are renting by room and it has fake pictures compared to the actual condition of the house that is in a terrible status.

Not too well looked after, advsed to take cleaning more regularly and get TV connected to cable not just through wifi. Otherwise , host is friendly.

It was very cold in the house when We arrived (there was no other residents here before us and heating was set to low), it took few days to heat up the house to normal temperature close to 20 degrees. Bed in our room was uncomfortable. There was visible black mold on the bedroom wall and few other places within house. The nearby streets was dirty with lots of garbage everywhere.

I appreciate the willingness of the host, who was interested in our comfort and answered all the questions. The advantage is the ability to use the living room. Advantage of location is the nearby park, the proximity of the supermarket, markets or various fasfoods that was opened even during holidays when everything else was closed. The bus stop is few minutes by walk and city centre is about 40 minutes on foot.

the house is very old , not well maintained, bathroom most of the time not clean because 2 more rooms are occupied. The garbage in the kitchen is full no one is taking care. The cleaning helper is not coming frequently. I asked for an extra cover the owner refused one duvet only is available for each room.
