You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Excellent location , rooms nicely furnished and tea coffee making facilities and water and biscuits provided . The small box of chocolates was a nice touch . Excellent choice of breakfast options , staff all very friendly and helpful. Had one of the best curries at the hotels Sea Spice restaurant

United KingdomThe lift being out of action was a real nuisance as both of us have mobility issues. Staff were very helpful with the luggage but access was difficult. Will not be staying again until the lift is fixed. The long life milk in the rooms made a disgusting cup of tea.

Room spacious. Shower hot. Complimentary hot drinks and biscuits in the room. Bed extremely comfortable. Great residents area with selection of newspapers. Full English breakfast with plenty of other options available.

we had dinner twice at the hotel's restaurant, the quality of the food was excellent and substantially better than other restaurants we had found nearby. The staff who served us were absolutely delightful, helpful, talkative and engaging. They were great ambassadors for their employers, and contributed to a very relaxed atmosphere.

Good location, on arrival, Veronica was extremely helpful including sorting out parking arrangements. Breakfast very nice and the bar had a choice of cask beers.

United KingdomA broken lift in a hotel, which due to its age, has several up and down flights of stairs to negotiate on the way to your room. From the notice on the lift, it would appear that the owners have no plans to have this repaired or replaced. This is a 'big negative' for this hotel.

United KingdomThe room was quite small and became very hot. When we asked to change we were told this was only possible if we paid more. The cleaner turned off the bathroom towel rail which helped a bit. At £177 per night I would have expected a bigger room with a more luxurious feel. It would have been nice to have access to a breakfast buffet as well as the cooked options. It was continental OR cooked.
The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was delicious and very well cooked. The room was clean and well equipped, the bed was very comfortable. The locations is excellent, overlooking the sea.
