Location was fantastic. A little bit loud late at night but not too bad after long days out. Good to have a dishwasher and working shower. The apartment was well stocked with essentials and was very clean and a good amount of space

no one there to meet up, no one answering the phone listed on booking.com. After a long travel with kids and the stress with no where to stay as it seemed at the moment was significant. not the start you want on your vacay.

The guys who manage the apartment are nice guys and I am sure they do their best but the apartment itself was a huge disappointment. Finding the place was easy but obtaining the keys was challenging as the person we collected the keys from didn't have the volume on his phone turned on so couldn't hear us calling. He was very apologetic and friendly and these things happen. Once inside the apartment our jaws dropped. Cigarette burns on the floors and rugs, missing kitchen cabinet doors, no dressing table to store anything and get ready, dry hair, put on make-up etc, someone had left their clothes in the wardrobe, the bathroom shower screen leaked so the floor was soaked, the shower head was broken and hung down so you had to hold it by hand to shower, half used shower gel bottles, broken toilet seat that moved as you sat on it, no mirror in the bedroom, filthy smelly fridge, missing curtain in the lounge, a loud bar at the back that closed at midnight but proceeded to loudly move metal beer barrels or kegs until after 1am, a single hard pillow or dirty spare pillows squeezed in the wardrobe next to someone's clothes, broken bed cushions with filling hanging out. I think you now get the picture. They describe it as a "Luxury Piccadilly Apartment" and whilst it is in Piccadilly, it certainly isn't luxury or reasonable value for money.

It is well located in the heart of Piccadilly/Soho, but right next to a very loud bar so don't expect to sleep before 1am at the earliest. The helpful staff did allow us to store our case both before check in and after check out. The staff are lovely but the apartment is very tired and desperately needs some money spent on it. We will not be returning.

Apart from the fact that it was filthy dirty, with rumpled dirty bed linen and everything was grim, including the location right outside sex shops and massage shops, the “host” who was told twice with no replies through Booking.com, that we would be a late check in, bullied us from Birmingham through to London, constantly calling us and telling us to hurry up, putting us under immense pressure to get there, he then forced my son to hand over £25 directly to his personal bank account as his made up charge for our late check in otherwise we would be cast out onto the streets at 11pm at night in the middle of this awful area. Absolutely horrendous experience, and Booking.com have done absolutely nothing to help whatsoever.

on arrival at the property you realise it’s opposite an “adult” shop and surrounded by massage parlours (you wouldn’t realise before hand as the address before booking is only approximate) through the door you are greeted with a narrow dirty staircase to the 3 or 4 apartments, we were on the third floor with the bedroom directly above a very noisy beer garden. the whole apartment smelt very strongly of weed and was very bare, it looked clean inside until you looked a little closer but it did have clean bedding and towels. there was no toilet roll in the bathroom either unfortunately. the biggest issue was collecting our luggage that we had agreed to leave behind after check out and collect prior to out train home, when we returned to collect our bags the owner was uncontactable and later said he’d forgot all about it and that he was 20 mins away, eventually he arranged for a friend to let us in to collect our bags resulting in a 45 min delay and having to get a later train.

The shower head doesn't fit in the holder, its a simple thing to fix that would make a big difference. I reckon a t.v in the front lounge would have been great aswell, also some more kitchen supplies such as washing up cloth and teatales....but these are quite minor and didn't effect our overall experience. just little things that can would improve someones stay.

The location was excellent, the apartment waa very nice, and exactly what we needed. The kitchen was good.and everything worked, t.v had netflix and good channels, beds generally comfy.

Perhaps it would be good to have toilet supplies (shower gel…), and there is a bit noise if you are sleeping in the living room (if you are really tired you will not notice, and it is very quiet in the room).

A/C, heater were off when I arrived, window was open. I have been unable to find the TV remote. A/C is new and efficient, but its fan triggers high speed in the middle of the night for no reason. Shower could be better. Picking up the keys could her been simpler. Would still stay again.

it is not luxury. plug sockets were burnt out, the sofa bed was thin (mattress topper thickness), the tap needed a filter the water was not drinkable, the area was not suitable for a family (opposite strip clubs and sex shops), it was very loud, the walls had scratches all over, the temperature was very cold and messaged the owner during our stay and had no reply. there was 1 mug which was not suitable for a group stay.

Advertised and sold as a luxury flat - it is not. The finish was poor and tired. It was dirty throughout including the common entrance hallway and stairs. There has been a leak at sometime destroying the bathroom door and frame. Toilet stained and seat loose First thing we did was to shop for cleaning products and wipes. Only two odd mugs supplied, no wine glasses, crockery chipped, forks bent. Didn't use oven, hob or microwave. No blind in the lounge area meant no privacy if third bed was being used and window lock broken/missing. No TV in the lounge..... Large TV in bedroom.

Communication with the apartment owners is impossible, they respond with a serious delay or do not respond at all. We had to wait an hour until someone came to give us the keys to the apartment. We were promised that there was a hair dryer in the apartment and there was not. We asked for toilet paper except for the 2 rolls that were in the room and they only brought us on the last day. In addition, there is no air conditioner in the apartment, only a broken fan. The shower head in the shower was broken as well.

On the one hand, the location of the apartment is very central, but on the other hand, it is very noisy at night until late hours.

Contact prior to arrival was good and Davide was waiting to meet us with the keys. Apartment was as described and pictured, very clean and good facilities for our short 2 night stay. The two bathrooms was a selling point for us and added bonus of kitchen facilities. Location was central and within walking distance to everything.
