Flat was clean, could with a bit of a makeover as was a bit dated. Bannister on staircase broken. Not what it looked like in the photos.

It wasn’t the property advertised. It was in a very noisy location and there were a lot of stairs. There were very little utensils in the kitchen, hardly any glasses, plates etc

There was no lift and stairs not the best, 3 sets per level, to get up.

Location to everything good but very noisy with the restaurants and clubs in area. Windows need to be double glazed

1. The apartment is in the middle of the red light district. There were adult shops and massage parlors all around the building. Whilst it was safe, it was not the best location to stay with children. 2. There is no reception on sight. I had to ring an office in another country for them to open the door to the building electronically. If I did not have a mobile that could make calls in London, I would not have been able to get into the building. 3. The apartment was on the 4th floor. The stairs were steep, narrow and there were many of them. This is not suited for someone with physical issues, aged, young children or with lots of luggage. 4. The apartment needed a professional clean.

The location was great. It was central to public transport, entertainment and shops.

The area is noisy at night until midnight The apartment smells a bit from the food coking in the surrounding bars Our apartment was in the Fourth floor with many steps and no lift.

The apartment is located in a good area of the City easy to move within walking distance to most of the attractions in London. Good value for money. The apartment is spacious enough for 5 persons ( 3 adults and 2 kids not so small) and has good facilities. The communication with the owner was always good and they reacted quicky to everything we requested.

Check in process very messy. No toilet roll provided in room. Moved room 3 hours after check in as they put us in the wrong room. Can hear everything from the street.

Good location Nice and friendly owners. Good value for money. Cleaner than some reviews let on.

The apartment was very dirty. For exapmle in one pot were even leftover food. The employee made us wait for an hour in front of the apartment when we agreed on a time to drop off our luggage.

The location is very good. From Picadilly Circus you can get everywhere very well by public transport.

(1) the staff were non responsive. either replied in a delayed manner or did not respond at all. like there was total confusion with the check-in. (2) there were several things the apt did not have they should be standard - like kitchen towels, sufficient toilet tissue, etc. when I messaged the staff about these things, there was no answer. quite disappointing. (3) location has a lot of sex shops in v close proximity.

Strong smell of cigarettes in the main bedroom, old and tired bedding and towels, broken toilet door and shower head. Bedroom cupboard was filled with messy old and smelly duvet and pillows.

we were waiting 20min it’s to check I. the communication was really bad they just sent some random person to give us the keys he didn’t even know our name.. No bath Matt/tea towel or hand towel we asked about these items and were just ignored the rubbish from the previous people was still in the cupboard

very worn & tatty. lack of communication with employees working at the property. tried on numerous occasions to get in contact with them & had to keep chasing & chasing

Some of the furniture and the carpet is stained, a leg to the foot stool is not really attached but rather balancing under it, so not everything was inviting. There is one side bed table but a leg is broken, the other side of the bed has a small lamp just on the floor.

The location is ideal. There is plenty to see and do in the area and easy to get to other parts of the city given the proximity of the tube. The linens were clean and the shower was hot. The host was great and accommodating.

Windows in top room are isolated. But windows in the other room aren’t, which means noise of people on street during the night make it hard to fall asleep. No tea cloths. No soap blocks for dish washer. Microwave wasn’t clean, And several other small but not unimportant things. With a bit more service things would be much better.

On itself it’s a really good location. But there are several shortcomings.

Shower head didn't work properly, only had 2 beds not 3 as advertised. Lack of cutlery and cups etc, which wasn't a big deal for us but if you wanted to eat in properly it would have been difficult

wasn’t clean there were only 2 mugs so messaged to asked for fairy liquid and a drying towel so we cud reuse instead of using dishwasher.the message was read but no one replied there was also no hand towel or faceclothes in the bathroom some items of furniture were broken
