You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThe room was very warm and the only ventilation was French doors, which I didn’t want to leave open all night as we were in a ground floor room. A fan was provided but it was just too warm to sleep properly. The room wasn’t particularly clean - I don’t think the coffee making equipment had been washed since the last occupant.
Picturesque pub. Nice staff in the bar/restaurant. Good breakfast. Convenient location for breaking up our journey. Value for money.

The breakfast was nice. Eggs Florentine was yummy. We liked having a bottle of water in the room. And fresh milk given to us. It was a convenient place for access to other places.

Beautiful property with an ideal location for exploring nearby areas. Free car parking (just need to enter reg every 24hrs). Food was yummy! Really helpful lights which automatically come on at night if you are walking to rooms or from rooms to car park. Beds are huge and super comfy. Breakfast was included, good choice and nice amount. Free Wi-Fi available. Lots of lovely products provided in the room - shampoo, conditioner, soap and cream.
