We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomCarparking is free when staying but can be difficult to get a space at busy pub opening time, but main problem the disable space always in use! never saw one car showing a blue badge and as I was travelling with a person on crutches with a badge he had to walk from overflow carpark which wasn't easy for him!
Good size room with a big king size bed with equally good size bathroom! Both Room and Bathroom were clean and well stocked with basic supplies of tea,coffee and bathroom toiletries. Breakfast included with plenty of hot options all cooked fresh with unlimited juices, coffees and general ingredients of a Continental breakfast to help yourself to while waiting.

United KingdomThe car park was horrendous, at 5.30 pm there were no spaces. You should be able to book a space when you book a room. Everyone is allowed to pay and park there. The alternative is quite away and you can leave nothing in the car, which means multiple trip to and from the pub.

United KingdomON THE FIRST DAY THE CHEF HAD BEEN UNWELL AND SO THERE WAS ONLY A CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST AVAILABLE. NO PLAN B BUT WETHERSOONS IS JUST AROUND THE CORNER IF PUSH COMES TO SHOVE. OTHERWISE ON DAY 2, GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY.
BIG ROOM, NICE AND QUIET AND THE WINDOW WAS LEFT OPEN AND SO THE ROOM WAS NICE AND COOL. GOOD PARKING FACILITIES ALSO AND THE HOTEL IS RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF TOWN. BED WAS REALLY COMFORTABLE AND THE ROOM HAD ALL OF THE REQUIRED FACILITIES INCLUDING IRON AND IRONING BOARD. FINALLY, THE HOTEL WAS RELATIVELY QUIET THROUGHOUT MY STAY.

New ZealandOne tip for the management is to not empty the bar bottles into the skip after 11 at night, it was pretty loud where our room was located.
The room was a good size with a king-sized bed. The bathroom was large and had a large corner bath, which was excellent after our long haul flight. Staff were very friendly and despite us arriving early in the morning from Heathrow, they did all they could to accommodate us by moving our room and allowing us to check in early.

FranceIt's a run-down dump!! Said in an affectionate way. It needs money spending on it. It boasts famous guests from bygone years. That was the last time the carpet was changed!! I say no more.
It's so friendly. It's like staying with old friends. Staff lovely. Breakfast excellent. Right in the middle of town. Free carparking if you're early.
