There was a noise of a generator near the window of the room which was not very nice, I did not mention to the staff because my stay was very short. Room 2.

The room was very clean, staff are nice, I arrived late and they helped me to the room.

Room was next to a generator which woke me a few times (light sleeper) Bar was closed at 10.30 I think our room rate was acceptable for what it was, wouldn't have paid anymore for it.

Small 19 inch TV with built in DVD player in the unrefurbished single room. TV remote also went "missing" on my final night stay with no replacement provided, although was offered another room to move into. Not all DVDs in the lounge library worked in the DVD player, as DVDs were badly scratched. Only ate there once for dinner. The menu is very uninspiring and the meal I ordered was not as described on the menu and was mediocre. Would recommend eating elsewhere.

Great location. Fantastic communal spaces. Friendly staff. Day parking tickets available via the hotel at £2.20 per day for on street parking.

Amazing location, very comfortable and peaceful, staff are really friendly and welcoming. They go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and always smiling. Got an upgrade straight away as my room was a bit noisy.

Very loud when others were showering, and the shower itself tended to scold which is a concern for older customers. The shower is also incredibly narrow and hard to navigate (I'm not particularly large)

Lack of parking, but we were able to get parked along the front, and the hotel provided us with a permit, which was only £2 for the night.

The hotel was lovely. The staff very friendly and helpful. I even got a free upgrade! A great location. Just what we needed.

Breakfast! Sorry but the whole thing was awful. The staff were clearly rushed off their feet. Didn’t get served for 15 minutes then waited a further 30. Food was poor - cheap eggs, only one type of milk, no fruit, no vegetarian or vegan option.

Location amazing, sea view, balcony, decor and cleanliness, dog friendly (we didn’t have our dogs with us but got cuddles with lots of the guests’ pooches!

No parking but there’s free overnight parking on the road from 6pm to 8am the next day so make sure you move your car before 8am

A lovely hotel in a great location overlooking the beach and pier . Spacious room with a large comfortable bed . Tea and coffee facilities in the room . Complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. Bar and restaurant serving nice food and drinks . And a very good breakfast in the morning.

What a gem of a hotel. Super friendly staff especially Michelle. Dog friendly but spotlessly clean, despite my labrador trying to make it otherwise! A great price (in off peak season), with a lovely front area to watch the sea and in the morning the sun rises in front of the hotel. As they were quiet, I got an upgrade without asking and the drinks are a reasonable price and they have cocktails on tap, which I was unsure I would like but the passion fruit martini is pretty good! Great location, close to the pier, a good pub round the corner, The Crown and Anchor, with live music the Saturday night we popped in (even out of season it would have been a better idea if we'd booked). Delicious breakfast and hot, strong shower.

If I had been staying any longer than one night I would have preferred the room to have been bigger.

The breakfast was nice, the location was about a 20 - 25 minute walk to the shopping centre, it was fine for me.
