Dinner plates too big for microwave. No tea towels on arrival (they were delivered when requested which was a positive). Expected 3 double beds but was one double and 2 twins when arrived. Would still stay again as these were small issues which were easily resolved. Staff were pleasant and extremely helpful.

Very spacious apartment, good size. 1 ensuite, one bathroom, one toilet. Sleeps 6 perfectly. Nice location and lovely view over the lake. Lift available.

Curtains would make the apartment more homely and lessen the echo a little. But understand for maintenance and cleaning it is easier without.

The apartment was clean and well maintained. A few wear and tear marks but all in all no complaints.

The left half of the double bed in Apt. 19 had an uncomfortable mattress, so I slept on the other side. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

The beds were a little uncomfortable. There was also no ramp access and with a baby and buggy this was an inconvenience as we had to carry buggy up steps. We had requested a travel cot also and there was none in apartment luckily we had brought our own.

There was nothing to not like.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Well located. Facilities are excellent and the little touches of teabags and washing liquid, plus dishwasher tabs was very thoughtful. Large apartment with very good facilities. Thank you. Will definitely stay again.

I thought bedrooms could have been a bit cleaner cobwebs around window, blinds dusty. In the main bathroom shower head wasn’t great water didn’t come out very well

Checking in, left in wonder how this happened. Said I would get an email 24/48hrs before hand about room number and how to obtain the keys. I had to telephone on the morning of arrival to see what was happening, once I spoke to someone it was sorted but created worry which was totally unnecessary if they had made the appropraite contact when email said.

I liked how clean the apartment was. It was brilliant for the dog, the outside area was enclosed so he would get out for a wee run around with having t keep him on the dog lead. The location was idea with plenty of parking available near the apartment. Liked the two bathrooms which was excellent for family, home from home.

The kitchen didn't have any trays for use in the oven. Could have had a few more utensils- tongs, whisk.

Downside was obviously the very busy road and even through night and early morning can hear traffic triple glazing would make it more soundproofing. The noise of the inner heavy firedoors slaming as people venture in and out of their apartments and late at nite even inside from room to room we used some pieces of cardboard to wedge them to stay open while we were inside as they slam shut I'd suggest a mechanism to hold them back while u move around apartments.

Unfortunately, the WiFi was slow so it was difficult to check e-mails or post pictures on social media. My family found the mattresses too soft but others may not mind. It may have been helpful to have a little bit of soap, body wash or shampoo available in the bathrooms; and perhaps simple condiments (oil, salt/pepper) in the kitchen. Compared to other accommodations the packets of tea/coffee/sugar were noticeably minimal. However, what was available was greatly appreciated.

The location was central to many of the attractions we went to. The property being dog friendly was excellent; there were multiple patches of greenery on the property, the terrace/balcony was a large space and fully fenced, so our dog could enjoy the view as well. The apartment was spacious, had adequate cooking utensils, place settings, while everything was clean, well maintained and in working order. Hot water was readily available with good pressure in the showers; adequate hot water to fill a lovely bath too. The apartment was also comfortably warm.
