Fantastic location, quiet and a lovely view across Scarborough. We arrived to check in slightly earlier than 15:00 and we were checked in quickly by the lady on reception who was very welcoming and pleasant, she informed us we had been upgraded to a sea view room! The lady also sorted us a permit for the car to be parked outside the hotel too. The room was cosy with plenty of tea and coffee, a stunning view of Scarborough from our room window. We didn’t eat in the restaurant this time as we ventured out into Scarborough town but we will be coming again in the future! Breakfast was also very good, fresh tea and coffee to your table and a good cooked breakfast! Overall a very pleasant, comfortable stay at the Weston Hotel, thanks very much guys!

very small restricted toilet and shower area for such a large room.Could have still been a big room and had bigger toilet/ bathroom

Great sea view room on 3rd floor.nice lounge and bar area very clean accomodation.staff all extremely friendly and helpful. Cliff lift across the road from hotel handy for seafront and promenade.

At no fault of the hotel. The building that the attic room over looks at the back is having maintance work done so we got woke up around 7:30am by builders & the music so loud in the van we could hear it over the tv.

Staff are amazing, the hotel is spotless! The lady on reception sorted our parking permit & room payment she was very welcoming & friendly. I booked a attic room & couldn't fault it in anyway.

The room was smaller than other rooms I've stayed in and a bit hard to move around. I was on the 3rd floor, and even though they had a lift, I still had to go down some stairs to get to my room. Since I was having back issues it was a bit challenging to carry my bags downstairs.

I loved the old architecture and ambiance of the hotel. The staff were exceptional and really went out of their way to ensure your comfort and a great stay. Beautiful decor and excellent customer service. Located directly across from the waterfront, it was easy access to the funicular to get to the beach.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Very nice hotel, spacious room, tastefully decorated to a high standard throughout. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice vegetarian breakfast. Oh yeah, we were there easter weekend and all the breakfast tables had a chocolate easter egg on for guests which was a very nice little touch.

Creaky floors in room above woke me up early each morning (though slightly expected in older building)

What I didn't like was that we were only there for 1 night..... next time, it would have to be longer.

We got there early, and the room was ready. Not just ready but also they had upgraded us to a sea view room. The view, the room, and the staff were outstanding. It was our first time at the Weston Hotel, but more so, it was my partners first time in Scarborough, and we had an amazing time. We have recommended the Weston Hotel to friends, and they are very interested in staying there. We said to each other we would definitely stay there again, it was wonderful.

Although there was a radiator in the room, the heating was intermittent so the room was a little chilly at times.

All the staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful. The room was comfortable. The bar and restaurant were both pleasant rooms in which to relax and enjoy good food and drinks. The hotel is ideally situated on the Esplanade for the cliff lift, and a 10 - 15 minute walk into the town centre.

Breakfast was nice but quite small Didn't feel we could ask for more and was not offered more. Biscuits and hot chocolate were not replaced for the 2nd night of our stay

I would say the steep steps to the main entrance need to be adressed soon especially during wet and rainy conditions,some sort of anti slip material should be installed..

This was our second stay at the Weston Hotel,last year the evening meal was not available but this year it was,we enjoyed it very much,great meal and great service.The breakfast was also superb...

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like but if I was to say anything, the plugged in the bath took ages to let water out.
