Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IsraelThe bathroom on the second floor has no curtains and all the water flowed to the floor and the water flow was weak. Not enough storage space or counter space in the bathroom area.
This is a place I'd gladly come to again. It had everything we needed and much more, It was more than well equipped, as it seemed that the owners thought about many extras like a charging station and an extension cord. The place looked new and fresh and clean and cozy and I wished we had another day to stay.

Fantastic property, lots of lovely little touches such as charging leads and points. Everything you could need for a self catering holiday or break. Perfect location for strolling around city centre and cathedral. .Weatherspoons directly across the car park and road had a lovely atmosphere and good food if you don’t fancy cooking.

Great central location. Great to have an apartment rather than a hotel room. Cooking facilities were adequate, but not used.

Great space and location everything you need and very central good communication and easy to get into. Nice touches with chargers everywhere and Bluetooth speaker. Great single beds and good to have two bathrooms. Nice view and good to have balcony, nice and warm with heaters on.

We loved the apartment so much! We loved the Christmas touches when we walked in. Everything was so clean and tidy. Nice white fluffy towels. The beds and furniture were all comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. My youngest daughter loved the tent in the upstairs bedroom. 2 bathrooms was fantastic. Brilliant location and car parks very close by. I have no complaints at all.

Location was fantastic and the apartment was clean, welcoming and well stocked with most things you need on an apartment stay. Communication from the hosts was clear and easy to follow instructions to access the apartment. Nice comfortable stay and would recommend to others.

United Arab EmiratesHonestly the beds are absolutely uncomfortable, specially the twin bedroom. Felt like it was designed for kids only but we’re actually 3 adults in this visit. Also, the couch in the living room isn’t the best either.
