The bathroom on the second floor has no curtains and all the water flowed to the floor and the water flow was weak. Not enough storage space or counter space in the bathroom area.

This is a place I'd gladly come to again. It had everything we needed and much more, It was more than well equipped, as it seemed that the owners thought about many extras like a charging station and an extension cord. The place looked new and fresh and clean and cozy and I wished we had another day to stay.

The post code directed us to a street across the road we found the apartment from photos the owner kindly supplied.

What didn’t I like? Leaving!

Fantastic property, lots of lovely little touches such as charging leads and points. Everything you could need for a self catering holiday or break. Perfect location for strolling around city centre and cathedral. .Weatherspoons directly across the car park and road had a lovely atmosphere and good food if you don’t fancy cooking.

Absolutely beautiful place,had everything you need very clean and comfortable easy to access with good communication from the owners on how to access the property. Lovely location with sainsburys,pubs and restaurants on your doorstep,was even allowed to check in early which is a massive bonus.highly recommended

Though the windows are double glazed, the noise from outside can still be heard. There are some pendants on the balcony that, too, could be removed to stop some of the noise when the wind blows. Thank you

Shame the parking in the North Lanes car park (Pound Lane was the same) was so expensive. I expected it having researched costs before staying, but spent £45 over the 2 days in Canterbury for parking.

Great central location. Great to have an apartment rather than a hotel room. Cooking facilities were adequate, but not used.

It was up 3 flights of stairs which we found difficult to carry up our luggage but we soon got used to it

The property was spotlessly clean and had everything you need for a stay. Lovely decor and lots of tech . Comfy beds and a 1 minute stroll to the centre of Canterbury. Lots of interesting buildings and lots of shops

Only decaf instant coffee left out, coffee machine but couldn’t find pods for it. Double bed quite small and not the most comfortable.

Great space and location everything you need and very central good communication and easy to get into. Nice touches with chargers everywhere and Bluetooth speaker. Great single beds and good to have two bathrooms. Nice view and good to have balcony, nice and warm with heaters on.

We loved the apartment so much! We loved the Christmas touches when we walked in. Everything was so clean and tidy. Nice white fluffy towels. The beds and furniture were all comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. My youngest daughter loved the tent in the upstairs bedroom. 2 bathrooms was fantastic. Brilliant location and car parks very close by. I have no complaints at all.

Nothing we didn't like exactly. But apartment can get quite chilly so advise guests to make use of the heaters in the rooms to warm through.

Location was fantastic and the apartment was clean, welcoming and well stocked with most things you need on an apartment stay. Communication from the hosts was clear and easy to follow instructions to access the apartment. Nice comfortable stay and would recommend to others.

Honestly the beds are absolutely uncomfortable, specially the twin bedroom. Felt like it was designed for kids only but we’re actually 3 adults in this visit. Also, the couch in the living room isn’t the best either.

Everything about it is absolutely lovely! The cleanliness, the furniture, the washrooms, all. We loved it.
