It was lovely and clean, location was great for the south shore. Staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. Great price and we were offered a free upgrade as it was a Monday night, so the hotel was quiet.

I have stayed in this hotel every year for 4 years, I find it comfortable and spotless, also the breakfast they provide is good value for money and exceptional, also it is in a good location right by South pier. I will be going back next year.

Sent breakfast back twice as a couple if things were not cooked properly. Raised the issue with reception and received a full refund for breakfast.

The bar area and location are perfect, and the staff were very polite and friendly. Bedrooms are very basic but comfortable.

The room was a bit too hot and there wasn't a thermostat on the radiator but that was a very minor inconvenience.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The location was perfect for access to the Pleasure Beach and Sandcastles. The rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. Our stay Exceeded expectations, especially for the price.

The staff were amazing from when we arrived. Every single one of them were really helpful. Allowing us to leave our bags with them whilst we went out for the afternoon and then taking them up to our room. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, would definitely recommend.

The room was very warm .We could not turn the heating off in the room. Should save on heating & turn off as you would not need heating on all night when you are under a warm duvet!

Good amenities, staff friendly very helpful. But when booking in we did not ask the time when breakfast was served. We paid for breakfast but missed the time. We were given a full refund without even asking. We would stay again and recommend this hotel. Comfortable beds towels fluffy & bedding was good quality.
