Superb cottage, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you could need. Lovely touches of a great welcome basket and vases of fresh flowers. Good local information folders and the host was very welcoming and helpful.

all was good

We loved the hamper that was provided (cider, beer, cookies, chocolate, bread and eggs amongst things) and there was milk in the fridge. Handy info pack as well. Once the front gate was closed the garden was secure so my dogs could run around freely. Baby gate were provided so we could close the dogs off in the bathroom and kitchen area at bedtime. No issues cooking at all and was nice to sit in the dining room for our meals. Bedroom was very roomy and comfy.

Only slight negative was the bed in master bedroom as it was a bit short but it was still comfortable.

Cottage was beautiful inside and outside. Great location, rooms spacious yet cosy. Extra details like welcome hamper with eggs, cookies, cider and milk and bread being left for us were a lovely touch. Games room was a massive hit with us all. It felt like a home from home and we will definitely try to get back as soon as we can.

Beautiful cottage which is tastefully decorated with colour co-ordinated rooms. Brilliant facilities. The gift hamper was amazing, And had a fun night with friends in thew Games room. Looking forward to my next stay.

The facilities list has the oven a long way from the hob so we didn’t spot it and avoided oven-ready meals. Perhaps they could be listed next to each other. In retrospect we could have seen this on the photos but not so easy in a supermarket. It wasn’t a problem for us, but do you know there is a bees nest in the chimney?

Good written directions. Very suitable for dogs with enclosed gated garden. Clean and comfortable. Lovely welcome pack with lots to try and led to us buying more local products. Lots of information on the local area. We were attending a family reunion in Bransford which wasn’t too far away as we needed to take the dogs. Quiet location.

Access to and from property needed extra care due to traffic speeding past however It was manageable. The provision of mirrors to view the road would be helpful.

The games room, with tabletop arcade machine, darts board, and pool table, was fabulous (so much to do to keep both kids and adults entertained) - plenty of board games / puzzles also available in the house The bedrooms were very comfortable and decorated in such a nice way Access to streaming services was handy during the evening! The outdoor space was lovely (the fact this could be secured by closing the gate meant this was a great space for our doggy to roam around) Lots of lovely welcoming touches (such as welcome basket and fresh flowers) were very much appreciated

This cottage comes with a hostess with the mostess !! Lovely welcome basket … you’ll find everything you could possibly need . It’s right on the doorstep of lots of beautiful scenic walks . Very clean and welcoming . We enjoyed every minute … and so did Marley and Pablo … they loved the big secure garden . Thank you 🙏

That i had to leave. The cottage was a little hard to find at first but thats probably just me.

I havent time to say all i liked. Everything was a perfect stay for my birthday week. So much so i booked an extra night. The cottage is clean, comfortable and has everything you could need. The location, although on a main road, was quiet and peaceful. The welcome pack was amazing....thank you x I need to stay here again !!

A beautiful property inside and out in stunning and peaceful surroundings. A cosy cottage with a lovely feel to it, nicely decorated and comfortable beds. Lots of useful amenities and amazing views. There was a thoughtful welcome pack provided on arrival and a very useful book full of information regarding the cottage and the local area. The cottage offered all the facilities we could have asked for and the games room was a wonderful surprise. We only stayed a couple of nights to attend a local wedding but we all agreed we would love to return for longer.

It was a bit tricky to find the driveway at first but it was fine once I knew where I was going!

The cottage was beautifully decorated, there were several vases of garden flowers and a wonderful welcome basket with local produce, milk and bread.

Host was great and very helpful and generous. Found a lovely welcome basket with goodies. House and garden superb, added bonus is the games room. Also extended our booking out time by an hour. Will go again.
