My experience at this property was outstanding! Accessing the property was effortless and quick, with absolutely no hassle. The staff were very attentive, promptly checking in to make sure everything met our expectations. The location is ideal—perfectly situated for easy exploration of the area. Additionally, the free parking was a breeze, making our stay even more convenient. A truly hassle-free and enjoyable visit!

I appreciate the bed was a double but it did feel a bit small. One side didn’t have a bedside table and that’s always useful for a glass of water and a phone ! Could hear the people in the apartment above ( a rug may be helpful) and finally the shower frame could do with a bit of a descale

A little thing but always makes a difference. A ledge with a side light would have been useful. We only had the main light which is quite stark. Nowhere to pop a book/phone/watch.

Loved everything

Loved everything, the room was immaculate and a great size. Easy to check in and out of the room. Nice and clean upon entering the room and easy access to the car park.

Shower drain not draining. No dishwasher (minor issue, just mentioning). Uneven entry walkway needed cleaning. TV in odd place, not really useful. Bed a bit small for two people. Kitchen could use some basic supplies, such as caffeinated coffee, salt and pepper.

Perfect location, peaceful neighborhood close to everything, including shopping, restaurants, and bus stops. Easy access with key code. Convenient, modestly equipped kitchen. Free common use laundry machines in basement. Room equipped with fan. Helpful, friendly staff. Good value.

The approach ‘road’ to the car park is not good and there’s a significant pot hole as you enter the car park. I think that this narrow track beside the empty solicitor’s building belongs to another owner, but why can’t small bits of it be repaired? The shower is quite small and there’s hardly any room to move without nudging the tap. It’s not possible to watch the television whilst in bed. The bed on one side is close to the wall so there is nowhere to place a watch or phone on that side.

The security is good and the equipment within the apartment is good. It had plenty of floor space and room to hang clothes. It was also clean.

Spacious, clean, well located (needed to be very close to Holme Pierrepont Country Park Home of the National Water Sports Centre, self check-in and check-out, clear instructions, off street car park, next to a wonderful Italian restaurant (family run), very quiet studio (good night sleep), fully equipped kitchen. Really enjoyed the stay.

one room alarm seemed to be going off all night, was in building but was remote enough from us to not disturb us.

self catering so no breakfast, which was as expected, but all facilities were good, easy parking/access. Had no need to use the kitchen facilities but they looked good. Kettle/tea/coffee making was good. Great location for the cricket and Notts Forest's City ground.

We booked the superior apartment which had a double bed - it is certainly big enough to accommodate a king size - otherwise not much difference between superior and standard. The wooden floors in all apartments meant you can hear neighbours walking about in apartment above - perhaps a rug might just soften the noise.

The apartment was easy to book and contact with the owners was simple and well organised. Self check in/out made the visit easy. The bed was comfortable and linens were soft. Apartment had everything you need for a short stay. Location was fantastic - can see the cricket ground at the end of the road and Notts Forest football ground is only a 10 min walk away. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Parking is free.

One of the rooms we were allocated smelt really fishy and very unpleasant. We decided to risk being burgled and had to leave all the ground floor windows open as it was so bad. No tea/coffee and cheap shower gel in the rooms. Our friends stayed in the Heart Hotel down the road which was a much better option for a stay in Nottingham. Didn’t like the way the cleaner knocked on our door at 10am to tell us we had to be out of the room by 10.30am either - this was in the booking confirmation and was quite clear so felt like the reminder was unnecessary.
