Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GuernseyRoom next to lift so quite noisy. Bathroom was very dark. Not all the fruit served at breakfast was fresh, some tinned mandarins etc.
Room was nice and had lovely view so could watch cruise liner departing. Within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants.

AustraliaOur room overlooked the service pipes at the back of building. The walls were thin so you could hear people walking and talking in the corridor. At breakfast, the jams were in large jars with a spoon for everyone to handle and self serve. Not very hygienic. Would be better to put single portions into small dish to take to table.
Good location. Close to walk up the high street. Staff very friendly. There was a lift although it was tiny. Free parking. Room looked fairly updated and had no carpet. Complimentary sparkling and still waters, crisps and biscuits.

United KingdomThe sound insulation in the single room I had wasn’t great and my sleep was disturbed by slamming doors from adjacent rooms. I guess this is caused by inconsiderate guests, rather than being hotel’s fault but the door closers could perhaps be adjusted to negate this issue.
Excellent location only minutes from High Street bars & restaurants. Comfortable, clean & well maintained hotel with helpful staff. Breakfast buffet plentiful, fresh & tasty. Excellent room facilities including bottled water & chocolates!
