The garden was a bit unkempt, the metal bistro garden chairs didn't have any cushions and were uncomfortable for us.The drain outside wasn't draining quickly and at times smelt

The downstairs bedroom was useful for the older guests .

Minor points, but if you are a large group you could probably use more chairs in dining/living room and kitchen/breakfast room. Very large front bedroom could also take a chair or two for escape!

Plenty of room in well maintained house on quiet road within short walk of sea front. Fair price; communications efficient.

Had we been staying for a week or longer we would probably have missed having a washing machine/drier. Otherwise it had all the facilities we needed.

Location was good in a quiet road near all amenities and attractions. Comfortable and good sized house. Parking was not a problem.

Property is excellent Spotless, warm and near shops bar’s restaurant Or stay in sit in the garden the house covers everything from crockery pans and cleaning equipment I’d definitely be booking the house again for family functions

Wished there had been a washing machine / dryer, but understand why there was not one.

Spotlessly clean, all household facilities present - kitchen ware, etc. Comfortable beds, central heating, TV - perfect home from home for families.

Very homely stay! The added toys in the cupboard for kids is a bonus, my daughter loved them! & the fact the host pops the heating on for you before you get there to make it a nice and cozy arrival! Second time staying here and will definitely be hoping to stay again 😁

The only downside was the living room which could have had another 2 seater to relax in.

The space throughout the property was good and the kitchen area was exceptionally big. The rooms were spacious and the house was spotless.

Was surprised to find chamomile and peppermint tea, but no "normal" tea and coffee - something which has already been provided in other houses we have stayed in.

Lovely accommodation, and Mark was a great person to communicate with, as responded quickly and helpfully.

The house was perfect for me thewife and our 4 little boys. You can tell the property is really aimed towards family's. You wouldn't get it from say a regular hotel.

Not much but if I was to say anything. Unless you hand wash, there is no washing machine and if you don’t drive the walk with washing there and back is quite time consuming but manageable. The living room could be a little cosier with a bigger sofa for all the family but the round table was great for playing games and conversations, not on the phones…finally!

The owners are very hands on, letting you know they may welcome you in person or via lock box if necessary. But nice to know they do care who stays at the property. The house is lovely and spacious, so it didn’t feel like anyone was stepping on toes and the beds were comfy.

could do with another sofa for a house of this size (didn't impact my stay as there was only 2 of us). other than that, we loved everything.

Great location. Fantastic sized house, 4 comfy bedrooms. downstairs loo, upstairs bathroom with additional shower in the main bedroom. comfy beds. lovely kitchen, well stocked. such a lovely stay and the hosts were very welcoming and easy to contact if needed (which we didn't). Key collection from a lockbox outside the front door. close to a great fish n chip place a 5 min walk away. 5-10 min walk from the beachfront and a small newsagent a minutes walk away on the corner of the road. Was even left a white choc Lindt bunny by the owner as we stayed over Easter, such a lovely touch (and was thoroughly enjoyed!)

The beds are a tad small. We are quite large people, and have a king bed at home. Having said that, the bed was comfy.

House was very clean and well equipped with everything you needed.
