We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe only slight remark, would have been nicer to have a slightly later checkout time, or a slightly earlier check in time. 4pm entry and 10am exit felt like we could have had an extra hour at either side maybe?
The amount of snacks/items available. Having several different coffee pods rather than the 1/2 you get at more hotels was great. The really high quality appliances as well - has made me consider that a Sage Toaster or a Simba mattress really is worth the money and will be looking to invest this myself.

The accommodation was exceptional. It really did exceed our expectations. There were even treats for the dogs we were all made to feel really welcome.

Amazing idea and very well executed. only slight surprise was the road between the pods and the amazing view but we soon forgot it. We can’t fault the standard or special feeling this place has. It felt very private despite there being pods next to one another; clever use of tress and positioning/angles. Very well done.

United KingdomThe heating/lighting/curtains/projector, etc. are all controlled by a touchscreen panel, but not all the features worked as they should have and it wasn't particularly intuitive. The bedroom cupboards had automatic lights that were meant to turn off when everything was closed, but stayed on anyway. Had to wedge some clothes into the door to get them to stay off. The room was fitted with wireless phone charging pads, but they occasionally started beeping in the middle of the night for no particular reason (even with no phone on them). The rotating plate in our microwave didn't work, but it's possible we just didn't know how to work it. The sofa wasn't particularly comfortable, but I never expect too much from a pull-out. All in all, these are minor quibbles. Very relaxing stay.
Having previously stayed in the RiverBeds pods at the same location, we thought we'd give this a try. In most respects, the SeaBeds are better. You get far more space, making the whole experience that much more enjoyable. Everything seemed new and well-maintained. It's obvious a lot of thought had been put into it. I don't the room was missing anything we could have thought of. The beds were comfortable and the shower was excellent. The view was stunning and the hot tub offered complete relaxation. Really appreciated the private parking space as well. Very generous, good quality breakfast delivered each day.

United KingdomQuite close to a busy road. Outdoor furniture could have been more comfortable / plentiful (Loungers or ottoman furniture would have been good) perhaps around a fire pit.
Very well appointed an spacious clamping pods. Hot tub was a great addition overlooking the Loch and mountains. Everything was spotlessly clean and we enjoyed the technology features such as the mood lighting and cinema projector screen. Very good heating & A/C. Panoramic sliding doors provided a fantastic view over the scenery.

We left it a bit late to go for dinner, the only place really close by was was the fish restaurant to walk to but when we got there they wouldn’t serve us as we weren’t hotel residents. We’d had a few drinks so couldn’t drive and no take aways deliver so make sure to take some microwaveable food with you as a back up.
Everything was amazing, we had the most relaxing time and would defo come back.

United KingdomThe only downside and its a very small one was, the air con in our lookout packed up and we were provided with a small portable heater that was noisy and kept us awake! I gave these 8/10 but it would have been a 10/10 if not for this.
These Lookouts are fantastic, great location and i loved how quiet everything was. There are local shops etc and the facilities in the lookout are like a little home from home. I would definitely recommend.

United KingdomOnly issue we had was we felt the lodge was cold even with the heating on but nothing major after being in the hot tub for hours it kept us warmed up. Price as well was a tuff one as its a beautiful place and totally worth it but at the same time it is alot of money for a night away.
Everything was perfect! The seabed we stayed in was just amazing, was a much needed break away. Bed was super comfy, little added touches like cookies and tablet was lovely. Hot tub was simply bliss, we stayed in it for hours at night. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
