Unable to close one of the bedroom curtains, and rips in the net curtain.. reported but not resolved. Appreciate this meant changing the track but with 4am sunrise, and the room overlooking a car park it wasn’t a great experience. The bar top was full of empty glasses, I would say at least 60, we had to ask for one to be washed to have a gin glass. There was no attempt during the 90 minutes we were sat there to move them or put them in the washer, and at that point there were only 8 people in the bar .All of the ice had been taken for a function and we had to ask for lemon. Small things that mean the difference between an excellent highly recommended stay, and trying somewhere else next time

Very nice bathroom nice large comfortable beds and very comfortable room. I was surprised to hear that the receptionist didn’t know that the swan turned occasionally.

The bath/shower had very high sides, which could be a problem for people with mobility issues.

The hotel was lovely and clean. Also, the staff went above and beyond to be helpful. The location was perfect for exploring Buckingham and it had free parking

The only one thing I could say is the pillows were very soft and not supportive for my neck; but that’s my own preference as I like/used to firmer pillows.

Lovely room and plenty of parking. Reception staff were very helpful and the checking in process was easy. Paid for the breakfast which was well worth it. Only stayed for one night for a wedding but would return to this hotel if back In the area.

Our only complaint was we couldn’t open the window and the fan in the bathroom didn’t work.

We were amazed by the size of our rooms. We booked five rooms for a group of us and three of the rooms were very spacious. All rooms were lovely and tastefully furnished. Two of our rooms were the garden rooms as we had dogs, both rooms were fabulous. We loved the bar area and enjoyed a few jugs of Pimms. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. The hotel in general has a really nice feel about it and in a really central location. For anyone travelling with dogs, we found the area really dog friendly with many of the pubs and coffee shops welcoming the dogs with open arms and treats….as a dog owner, finding places so welcoming of dogs really Does make a huge difference.

Internet in the room not working, but working in the restaurant and reception. Reported it as a maintenance job. Food in the restaurant in the evening was rather bland.

Decoration in small room details starting to look tired despite a fairly recent t redecoration programme. A bit short staffed at breakfast time with restocking standards slipping at times

The breakfast menu had good cooked choices but i was disappointed with the variety of cereals and the lack of dried fruit and nuts/seeds to put on them

Unable to get the one room with a walk in shower (my wife was on crutches and it proved extremely difficult to have a shower as it was impossible to get into the bath). Car parking also a little inconvenient..

It is very close to a busy road so the room suffered from traffic noise until late and from early. Better double glazing would have helped

Excellent room with good facilities the position of the hotel makes it very convenient and the car parking was good. The staff were very helpful and I would like to have tried the restaurant as it looked good but I had meetings in the evening and at breakfast

Only 2 of TV channels worked, The room was clean enough, there was a few rappers on the floor behind the 2 chairs.

Great location and having their own parking was great. Having your own little seating area with a tv was a nice touch. The restaurant was lovely Staff were friendly
