The window did not close and looked to be unclean. Bathroom had blonde hair in it ( none of us were blonde). Did not mind too much as only there for one night.

The rooms and the corridor were very stinky with cigarettes smell, and I saw some insects too on the corridor. The staff was coperative enough to give a heater as the radiator in the room was not working. The location is far from the city center, have to take a bus with 15 mins walk to the bus station and the neighbourhood around was okay.

I expected at least a small simple free continental breakfast offer. The rooms are in need of small upgrades like places to hang your clothes in the bathroom when showering and also soap racks in the shower. The hallways are in desperate need of new carpets as the present ones also smell.

It was clean though dated. The room was comfy to some extent and large enough for the three of us.

The bin/smoking ashtray outside of the entrance door was very off putting. The walk to our room (one of the furthest in the building) was so long! Corridor after corridor… The whole place smelt overwhelmingly like bleach. One corridor stank of weed. Our window overlooked a new build housing estate. Had to open window to air out the smell of the bleach but noise was bad. Good job we woke up at 7am as 7.30am the builders started up the machines and diggers. No prior warning of this. The pillows were as flat as a pancake! Very hard to sleep on. I had to use 4 and still wasn’t nice. No hooks in bathroom for towels, no hand towel provided. Square toilet, round seat! Toilet roll holder stand very rusty. Not a massive menu or child friendly at the bar, we went out for KFC instead. Wasn’t told about the gym (would have liked to use it!)

Looks old and creepy from the outside but when you enter it looks lovely and clean. The room was very clean. We had a double & single bed in the room. Very comfy mattress. Shower nice and hot. Was very quiet until the morning!

Could smell smoke in the room. Walked down corridor there was a smell of cannabis also very loud noises of someone being intimate banging of headboard. Whoever it was wasn't bothered.!!

The accomodation is in a reasonable location but quite deceiving as you drive down the street to it. The front area is ready for a tidy. The rooms was clean but very old looking , probably ready for a makeover. You can't turn the heating down which was uncomfortable. You get what you pay for and was definitely worth what we paid 👍

The heating was on when we got there, n the nob on the radiator was broken, so couldn't turn it off n when reported it. Was told it wouldn't turn it off, n it would go off soon. That was at half 6 pm n it was still on at 11 pm at nite when trying to sleep. Other than that, it was fine. And would stay there again

Was told by reception to book on booking .com then when we arrived it was cheaper at hotel to book I could have booked on phone for £55 room was £63 on booking .com then breakfast to add on ?

All on ground floor as I have a mobility issue However the radiator in room would not go on and also tv was not working kept freezing ?

Pillows were non existent, basically just an empty sheet. Walls were VERY Thin therefore we were kept up by the neighbours(a group of women) speaking at normal volume all night/morning. A bit in the middle of nowhere but to be fair it's right next to a golf course.

Staff really friendly, really clean, plenty of parking, late checkout.

Very noisy, could hear the conversations of the people staying in the room next to mine and when they did eventually go to sleep could hear them snoring as well Definitely needs a bit more sound proofing

The room was just off reception and it was quite noisy. The room was nice but there was no plug sockets by the bed and mirror so it was hard to dry my hair. I would not want to stay in a room that had not been refurbished, very old and tired.

I stayed in a refurbished room and it was lovely, clean and.comfortable. The bathroom and shower was fab. Staff were really nice and helpful. Had a meal in the bar and it was good.
