Nothing particularly. Our room may not look exactly like the photos but there are the other rooms which look really nice! (peeking in fast while housekeeper cleaning the room hehe) I wish I could ask a room that have a window which look like balcony, maybe next time. 😊

Location and the hospitality of the staff (+) Near Whitechapel tube station (+) Market, grocery stores and local bars nearby (+) Tower bridge just 20-30 minutes on foot! (+) Hospitality of the staffs!! My friend forget Dyson in the room. We called and ask later. The hotel has the system that keeps personal belonging after the guests left, which is traceable! We are impressed!!! Thank you so much! 😊

I found the bed uncomfortable and the pillows lumpy... That was probably just the room I had!

Room sizes plus there was a fridge and a good shower!

The carpet was dirty. The location is not as good as the other hotel we stayed. The key was hard to use.

The room is was a decent size, we stayed at the quadruple room on the 4th floor. There is no elevator. If you are Jack the Ripper fan, this location is great but it’s about 30 min tube ride to the center of London. The staff were friendly.

The additional beds are for kids only but it’s ok since only kids were sleeping there.

Very quiet place in a busy area, unique in its kind. Much better than the big hotels on a noisy road. Really recommended. Central placement in London

I came and the door of the hotel was closed and waited for more than 20 minutes to the staff to arrive. Also, I did not like the size of the duvet. It was a very small size, and it definitely did not cover my whole length. The price rent is high, so they can bay a large size duvet.

The staff were kind and the location next to my exam centre . It contains all the facilities microvave, iron and fridge.

Key to room was a nightmare to use - very odd key system like I've never seen before. Reception staff came to show me how to use before I left the hotel to go out and even they struggled. Under their guidance I managed to use it so all seemed well. When I came back @11 pm it took me about 10 mins to unlock the door - nightmare! When I did go to bed I then realised no duvet! Someone had just forgotten to put it on the bed (the bottom sheet/pillow cases were there and were lovely and clean). There was a very tiny thin 'sort of quilt' thing on a sofa chair that had been left out so I used that but it wasn't ideal. No phone in room to ring to ask reception for assistance and I was all ready for bed and didn't want to risk being locked out of room again if there was no one there to help, so I just managed. Reception staff very apologetic in the morning for the oversight. One of those things, but it did have an impact for me.

Spacious and clean room in reasonable location. Very friendly staff.

Sheets had stains on, no heat in the room when we arrived and it must have been on a timer, we had no control and I was cold.

We had troubles with the check out, as the reception was closed and the staff was not answering the phone (at none of the numbers they claimed were available 24h). We wasted one hour of our time trying to reach them out and finally we left the hotel leaving the key in the room. Note that we were told to meet them at the reception in the morning to have our deposit back. In any case they issued the deposit.

Location is great, very good value for money

The rooms are in a bit of disrepair, but comparable to most hostel type accommodation for the price.

The staff here was excellent! Friendly and very helpful in every way. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from the tube station in a fairly quiet spot but had various restaurants and shops very near. Lots of tea and coffee provided as well as a few items to aid eating your takeaway.

The room was quite small but it's ok if you don't spend much time there. The sofa beds were a bit narrow. Towels could have been cleaner.

It was close to the city centre. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. A microwave, an electric kettle, a toaster and a fridge were useful because the hotel doesn't offer breakfast. We also liked the big bathroom.

the room had some issues like the water faucet on the sink broke as soon as we used it and the room was located on a sub floor, the location was good as with a bike or train you can get to the main tourist attractions overall is not a bad stay.

Thin walls so could hear noise from other rooms and outside sometimes. No elevators in the building, so the suitcase had to be carried up and down the stairs. Although the staff are nice enough to help if needed.

Comfortable and cosy room with all basic facilities available. Perfect size for one person travelling alone.

Extra bed was really uncomfortable- there was a rod under my waist. They were 2 more in the bedroom (maybe some of them was better than the one I slept in, but I was really tired to explore the others). There is no socket in the bathroom so you need to wake others in the room when drying hair. There wasn’t any spoon in the room to stir the tea or coffee.

Hotel was tidy and it smelled nice. Receptionist who met us was really nice! The beds were set for us, there were enough towels. Room was clean, double bed was comfortable. The carpet in the room was really soft 😊 location is good, it’s close to bus and train (tube) stations.
