You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The location was ideal for us close to family members we were visiting as well as local transport to visit Liverpool, Manchester, Chester, Southport, Blackpool, and many more locations. The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable and came with a well equipped kitchen. It was also located in a very quiet location. Alan, the owner of the property, was the perfect host. We will definitely be booking this apartment in the future.

United KingdomWould have been nice to have extra touches we get at other apartments we've stayed at such as milk in the fridge when you arrive so you don't have to go straight out to the shops. The beds weren't particularly comfortable, mattress was soft. The bedding was not great quality.
The flat was very clean. It had everything that we needed in terms of kitchen equipment, bedding, towels and furniture. We were staying in the area visiting family and it was a good base and size for what we needed. Good value for money. We felt like for what we paid this was a very good option for sightseeing in Liverpool and visiting family.
