Just need to be aware that the furniture needs a shift around in the lounge to access the table, but once sorted we soon settled in with a bottle of wine!

Great location. Just a couple of minor issues on arrival that were very quickly sorted by the owners, so can't fault response and outcome. Just the perfect location to reconnect with old friends.

We were able to park two very small cars only.access was a bit tricky to negotiate but fine. Garden needs some TLC but it was Feb so not sitting outside! One more comfy seat in lounge needed but again not a big issue. A beanbag would have done.

Owner very helpful and even bought us a cafetiere and delivered it within the hour. Position of house spot on for our purposes. House had some basics like showers gel etc in case you forgot anything. Beds very comfy and bedding good quality.lovely house close to great places to visit and restaurants.highly recommend.

Is as described. Short walk to town centre and very quiet considering distance to town centre. Easy to get too and parking for 2 cars. Beds were very comfy and rooms were large.

Dirty laundry left on dining table. Various objects left by previous guests, not cleaned properly. Freezer with food left in it. Stair edging came away when coming down stairs, nearly fell down steep staircase-so dangerous. Informed owner of above. Was told this would be addressed immediately. It was not. Very disappointed. House and garden in need of maintenance. Squeaky beds. Lots of road noise.

I really would not recommend this place. Firstly we had issues with the booking. We had paid for 6 people stay and we were being told we had only booked for 2. They place was like a student house, just pretty shabby. On a noisy main road. The blinds in the room might of not been there and the rooms so light. The kitchen utilities were limited. Didn’t even have a frying pan and 3 forks. We came as a base for a wedding, hardly any mirrors or plugs in the room. Really noisy house, could hear each other throughout the house. Only one parking space and not stated on booking you’ll have to pay for any extra cars.

Super sensual to the town center, which gave us easy access to everybody wanted to go.

The house and garden looked tatty and tired. Chipped and stained furniture and floor and a hochpoch of furniture in the living room which was cramped. The blinds were broken and inadequate. The kitchen cutlery tray and utensils was dirty..The front bedroom was very close to a busy road and the window needed the addition of curtains. Very disappointed.

Clean and tidy, good location near a pub shops for food and car park, good location, nice house, clean and good kitchen, toilets were clean ,, it felt like my own home.

The location was noisy- right on the street by a busy road and traffic lights. We didn't use the nicest bedroom as the window gave on to the street and you could hear people walking by.The settee was very uncomfortable. The kitchen would have benefited from having a washing up bowl or a plug the fitted the sink and some of the utensils had to be washed before use. It would be better to have a bedside lamp for each side of the bed. One of the wardrobes had a broken door.

We liked the fact that it was handy for town and close to nice river walks. The beds were very clean and comfortable and the rooms spacious. The kitchen was well equipped.
