Great location, beautiful apartment. Looks exactly like the images. Easy parking, bus stop right outside and tram stop 5 mins stroll. Fleetwood market right around the corner. Host Andrea was lovely, meeting us on arrival and showing me around the apartment. Already looking to book again later in the year 😊

Difficult to get temperature right in apartment. Found heaters difficult to operate once we’d switched them off as found apartment too hot when sun shining. Hot water tank noisy when drawing hot water.

It’s aspect. Very light and nice view over river. Nicely proportioned. Basics like salt,pepper, tea and coffee, milk etc. provided.

Unfortunately we didn't realise that every where was closed as we went out of season. So not much to do.

Apartment was clean and comfortable. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The location was a short walk from the seafront. Very dog friendly too.

Room in living room is open and cannot be closed, traffic noise and cold weather allowed in. Heating system is complicated, suggest owners ask what heating set up is required by customer and sets heaters accordingly.

Beautiful stunning place. The hosts couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. Snacks and water for my dog and so much information about the local area in the foyer.

Historical building in Fleetwood. Beautifully upgraded with very modern rooms/apartments. Fabulous hosts who are available. Good location. With parking.

The apartment was spotless & lovely & comfy. We were met by Andrea who showed us round, (she's lovely as well). They were great hosts & I got the feeling they would've been on hand to sort any problems out should we have had any. Great location, very near to the beach, the shops etc. We're already planning our next visit.

Very friendly and helpful hosts. We had an unexpected free upgrade on arrival to a lovely apartment on the top floor. The entire place was spotlessly clean. Free street parking directly outside the property. Will definitely stay again

I can’t fault this place, however there were some things we noticed over the weekend. The on- suite light was flickering on the occasion. The shower didn’t seem to fit in the holder so kept falling out. The main bathroom door wouldn’t shut properly which wasn’t really a problem, just a quick fix if anything.

Went for my girlfriends birthday. Was a lovely apartment for the 3 of us over the weekend. Great facilities available. The owners decorated the room for us also! Needless to say she was very happy with everything. Beds we’re comfortable, rooms were very nice.

Honestly there wasn't anything we didn't like.

Perfect flat for our stay. Andrea and Ian were amazing hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. The flat comes very well equipped. Things were provided that we really didn't expect. Basic kitchen items like washing up liquid, kitchen roll, tin foil etc. Really couldn't ask for anything more. Clean and very modern. Smart TV.

Nothing as everything was so much more than we expected.

It was a self-catering property which we loved. Location was excellent, 5 mins walk to beach, 15 mins to Blackpool centre. Place itself was so quiet and peaceful. Owners/hosts could not do enough for us, they even went through the trouble of boxing and posting our air fryer that we forgot and left at the property. We even had a dog with us at no extra cost. They did everything to welcome us and made us feel at home. we went there with a 5 mins booking on the day as we were badly let down by the previous booking, and had no where to go. Owners were so responsive straightaway from the moment we did the booking. I cannot thank you eneough.

Living room a little small, window had condensation in between glazing which spoilt the lovely view, even when sunny outside. Internet was sketchy and hot water faltered. Although staff were quick to resolve issues where they could.

Opposite the sea, had that oldly worldly feel, certainly in communal areas. Basics for cooking provided, salt pepper etc. Bed big and comfy.
