Not having other guests playing pool and loud TV into the early hours.

I left too early for breakfast. Rooms were next to each other on ground floor. Rooms clean and tidy, hot drink and hand washing facilities. Toilet and shower in separate room.

Could have had tongs for the sugar cubes, warning sign as there is a dip in the porch, plumper pillows. I didn't have a back on the remote, so a battery kept falling out, and a few hangers was needed and a hook on door.

Breakfast was good. Cooked to my liking and asked if there was anything that I didn't want for the full breakfast. Bed comfy, more than enough tea/coffee condiments, shared bathroom cleaned and a mini fridge. Easy booking in/out.

The walls were very thin & were able to hear everything in the other rooms close to mine (conversations between other people, coughing, etc.)

Breakfast 6.30 -9am came down at 8.25 nothing left. Offered bacon and sausage sandwich I got bacon and hatch brown and told you have tea in your room.

The mouldy grout in the bathroom. Extractor fan in bathroom not working. Soggy bath mat in bathroom.

Clean comfortable bed. Nicely decorated room. Good telly. Near the town centre. Very comprehensive breakfast. Staff were very efficient. The breakfast room had been upgraded since my last visit.

The tv in the room had no signal and the cup for drinks had a chip in it, given issues around covid still in most peoples minds this was not a good thing

Room was small but tidy and clean with all I needed for one night, shared bathroom was very tidy and clean so happy with that. Access in and out was very easy no issues through the night

I didn't like the fact that you don't have a private bathroom, you have to use a shared toilet with the rest of the people staying at the hotel. However, there are a number of bathrooms (I think around 5 or 6) so you don't have to que up to use the facilities if you need it.

The bed was comfortable and there are plenty wardrobe space to put your clothes in for your stay. Also, the breakfast was wonderful, you get a variety of options to choose from. If I had to give one reccomendation to the staff of the hotel, it would be to extend the time that you offer breakfast to the guests, not everybody is a morning person and I would have preferred to sleep in till at least 10am and then have my breakfast. The staff was extremely helpful, so if you have any problems and you need some help don't be afraid to approach them and ask for assistance.

The shared toilet facility(the advert should have stated the information) and the arrangement of the rooms is not family friendly.

few issues with the room the seat was very dodgy with loose legs and the remote also was faulty for the television

The place had ample parking and the facilities were fairly well maintained, the best part was a fantastic breakfast
