We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Cosy pub/ hotel in the heart of Menai Bridge. Beautifully redecorated, lovely wallpaper, bed linen and furnishings. The downstairs area was beautiful too. Food was excellent. Due to bad weather we stayed in the pub on a Sunday and decided to have Sunday lunch, it was delicious.

United KingdomListen, I’m not mos ing but I am. The shower in Room 10 was unpleasant. A good size and the shower taps/heads worked well but there was an awful lot of black mould in the grouting and particularly the window (?) sill which just traps water. Regular raids with bleach will get rid of it and you really should block in the window.
Beautifully finished, the room - apart from one feature - and especially the various public rooms were amongst the best I seen at this price point. The decor and how the public rooms were made into separate rooms was v good.

United KingdomOn arrival had to wait to be booked in at reception, until I went to ask a member of staff to help me ( Just driven 5 hours to get there and did put on the booking form my arrival time ) The room was a good size , however not very clean .There was dust on the side tables and desk and hairs around the sink and shower area .There was tea & coffee facilities in the room , but one breakfast tea bag . The room was cold asked the staff about the heating and was told it comes on for an hour only in the evening . Bottle of water would have been nice on offer in the room at additional charge . We ate in the restaurant in the evening food was very dry and the vegetables where cold, not the value of money I was expecting which is a shame . It's the little things that count and the hotel let itself down .Thank goodness for the staff and the views .Would not stay there again 😒
The hotel and facilities on offer very good and the views at the back of the restaurant where amazing. The staff where extremely friendly and made up for the bad points about the hotel .

United KingdomCleaning the rooms daily to me is making the bed, changing the milk caddy and making sure the bathroom is cleaned toilets changed if required and lastly plenty of toilet room. On requesting a clean no toilet roll no bed made and no milk caddy changed. However when I went to reception they sorted toilet roll and milk caddy for me straight away.
Very clean, staff were exceptional and the property was great position in the town The bar was great and food was excellent.

United KingdomThe ensuite was tiny and it's a good job that we are not big people! It is an embarrassingly poor facility to charge these prices for. We also brought our dog to this "dog friendly hotel". Although the staff were very nice to him, we were not allowed in the best parts when eating and had no views for dinner or breakfast of the beautiful Menai Straights. I wouldn't come back if we were bringing our dog again.

Easy access to walks and all the local sightseeing areas. 5 mins drive to Beaumaris. 5 mins to Llanfairpwllgwyngyll. 15 mins to Red Wharf bay. Perfect for what we wanted.
