Annoying repetitive emails to upload my id even after successful upload and was approved. The room was dusty, obviously not cleaned, dust in table seemed not cleaned for months or weeks. Bed mattress not easy to fix Tv no netflix Electric fan is not working, I found out it is actually broken. The room is too warm with broken fan. We rather stayed outside longer then in bedroom. We checked out early as the room is too warm.

Perfect Location I love the scent of the the body wash in the shower Customer service is responsive Clear and detailed instruction on check in. Secured and safe with entry codes and safety key box.

Unfortunate the kitchen sink was blocked, but not an issue. The bed sheets would be better with a fixed mattress sheet.

The property is in a very good location, within 2 min from the station. Was well located for all the bars etc and would stay again.

The nerdy saving lighting meant it would turn off. The sink did put drain at all nor did the fridge work for the first two nights of my stay, and I was eaten alive by some sort of flea or something

The matras cover was dirty , no earplugs in the room while you could hear alot of noose on the street right next to the room.Windows were very hard to open and close aswell as the curtains. Hairdryer was defect and the showerhead was very gunked up with limestone

All was good. Bit noisy from street at night but it is a very central location and that is to be expected. What was nice was the provision of ear buds by the property!

for a whole week we got only 1 set of towels each(we were 2) no spare bed sheets or anything like that. i found a bug in the bed, maybe i got it from somewhere on the street, maybe not, but i found it on the bed. the bathroom shower gel finished after 3 days, and there was no toaster, no oven. the laundry room was also a headache and 2/3 times i put money in it, it gave me some error and no money back.

the check in was easy and the building was easy to find and simple to access. the apartment was very central. if you love night life and want to feel how it is in london, it's a great place to start as it's walking distance from all the good central places worth visiting

The lock to the room didn’t feel very stable and took ages to lock and then unlock every time. The shower kept dripping so we had to close the shower door and then the bathroom door to try and stop the noise. There were a few marks on the bedding and pillowcases that were a bit off putting.

The location was great and ease of getting access etc. Bed was comfy and room was clean enough.

Water wasn't always available in the room but was able to tell when it came back on by the tap dripping (which also wasn't great) Light switches didn't make much sense but didn't cause problems Lift was out of service for most of my stay but was fixed by the time I left

The extractor fan in the bathroom didn't appear to work. The sheet on the bed kept coming off. I would suggest fitted sheets. No major issues tho

The apartment was in the perfect location to explore London. Room was comfy and clean. It was good to have the kitchenette.
