The location is pretty good, close from everywhere, in a nice and good neighborhood. The staff are so friendly and outgoing, especially the manger “Leah Nichole” Housekeeping and hygiene are the best I have ever seen in any hostel, they keep tracking on the food safety in the fridges and counters.

This was my first stay in a traditional hostel in years, and curses, the light when dorm mates enter and exit the room is disturbing. The few hostels I have stayed at in recent years have made the bunks more cocoon-like, allowing one to block light out more easily. I would gladly have paid more to contribute to the fixed investment necessary for the hostel to modernize its beds with curtains/plywood.

The location was convenient. The staff were all lovely. There are both indoor and outdoor common areas. The mattress and bedding material was comfortable. The number of occupants per dorm was not excessive.

Great staff! Volunteers were lovely, reception staff (I only met Charlie & Jake) were wonderful! Great location, felt very safe as a solo female traveller, great daily activities, amazing social scene and vibe!

Unexpected little tour of the hostel on arrival was very nice. Amazing organization of activities every night with WhatsApp group and Instagram updates. Very well located. Huge room with lots of space. Very friendly staff and free simple dinner every two days.

I had a heavy bag to carry up all the stairs but I was offered twice for help and declined so that was really just my pride lmao.

Amazing service! let me keep my bags there early, but bedroom was ready early anyway! I had a single room and it was on the top floor so I had cute views of the leafy trees and street. the single room was enough for me, it was very big, had a sink, towels, coat hangers, a wee table chairs and a nice window that opened wide and the heater kept the room toasty! The kitchen downstairs had tea and coffee and the fridges were tidy. bathroom was very clean and all the toiletries people had left behind came in handy. a great hostel!

The shower was without option to move and wash only hair (without whole body), and too soft bed for me.

Very good place close to the metro, park and many important places (4 me). Nice people at the receptoon :)

The beds are really old, squeaky and uncomfortable. Not too much space in lockers, or shelves.

I really appreciated the spirit of the hostel, the staff is really fun and always coming up with events, nights out, and games to bring guests together. The rooms are clean and the shares bathrooms and showers are too.

Urbany is one of the best hostel i have ever stayed in its a very social hostel there is a lot of activities that we do as a group which is something i really enjoyed everybody was super nice and super friendly shout out to jake and adrian you guys are the best

Lockers is very small. Does not fit a backpack, also doesn't lock with your own locker. Could have more bathrooms
