Everything was great - no complaints at all.

The property was spacious, clean, and modern with an incredible view of the sea; located in a safe road and within a few minutes from cafes or convenience store. The biggest highlight by far, however, was the courtesy and kindness of the hosts: they offered us late check-out and were ready to listen to and accomodate all of our needs. I cannot recommend them enough!

Cleaning could be a lot better. Bath was grubby , shower screens were not clean and plates weren't clean too.

Fabulous spacious Apartment over looking the Sea and we celebrated our 56th Anniversary with Friends and all of us look forward to a return visit in warmer weather. The Hosts were very kind and there to help out with any problem.

Exceptional. The best property in East Anglia Coast. Never seem a massive 500 square feet terrace over looking the beach and ocean. Phenomenal views. Interiors are also ultra modern. An ideal getaway from London (as only 90 minutes drive from East London), very refreshing and enjoyable. Complimentary Wine, Cereals, Tea-Coffee-Water added a great touch. Owners are highly responsive and very reachable, to customise to your needs of the stay. We only went as a complete, but property can sleep 10. Also they have another similar penthouse, in case a group of families are visiting together

The apartment is lovely with wonderful views, a great living room and complimentary, cereal, milk, bottled water and wine. Ample parking and a great location right on the beach. The management team were always on hand to assist us. We will definitely come back.
