The stairs are too small and too steep

It's only a small thing but the sofa could do with upgrading, but other than that nothing.

Great location, clean and well equipped with parking, 20 min walk into Windsor Town centre, this is the second time we have stayed in this apartment,I think that tells you everything you need to know.

The bathroom was quite small and the heating didn't really work well for us. The room was on 3rd floor with no elevator. We had to carry our heavy luggage up the steep stairway.

Location and room was great and specious! Private parking just in front of building. Keys were easy to collect.

Carpet to second bedroom was severely stained at entrance on our arrival. It did not give the appearance of a clean property. Glasses and mugs were all mismatched.

Location was good. Property was spacious and other than the stains on the carpet in the bedroom was generally clean.

Parking as a new driver was quite tight but that is obviously something that’s not changeable but something I would bear in mind to another new driver.

The attention to detail with all the amenities made our stay so much more enjoyable compared to a hotel.

It was a warm weekend admittedly but it was warm! A couple of taller fans would have been helpful in the bedrooms.

Nothing everything was better than expected

Really lovely apartments modern and highly maintained. Excellent for amenities and close to legoland. Gogo's restaurant amazing food worth a visit (windsor race course) One of the cleanest bright and pleasant places weve stayed in. Instructions for the cooker would have been helpful. Instructions for the tv too (we gave up). I think it would have been really good to see a file of Instructions for those along with the dishwasher. Also, we arrived tired and found only one pod of coffee (there were two of us) and one small shower gel. It just appeared a little 'mean'. I understand that perhaps the one pod was left by the previous occupier but it made it look a little stingy. The two biscuits were a nice touch!

It took us just ten minutes to walk from the property to the event we were attending. Perfect

Thank you for the hospitality and welcoming attitude. We did enjoy the location - the town centre is a walk distance, so is the Legoland, there are places to eat and relax ( Costa, KFC and Pizza) also if you are with kids there is an amazing Park nearby with the lovely coffee shop and a soft play. The place is a bit smaller than we were expecting with the low ceiling in the living room, and a sofa bad, which was not comfortable to sleep on, but in general, it is a very nice clean place to stay.🙂

The beds were a little uncomfy, but I wouldn't say that a complain, each person has there own preference.

The Apartment was great. It had everything we needed throughout the stay. There was a shop less than a minute walk away and other outlets.The host was in contact throughout the stay, although we encountered no problems, I feel like if we had have, the host would have sorted it straight away.

The only challenge we had, was that the stairs going up to the 2nd floor were very narrow. It was a big challenging with our luggage, but not much that can be done about that.

The flat was small, but served its purpose for our family of 3. It was a good location for us, near Windsor and Slough, to see family and friends. The kitchen was very handy having a kid with us that is constantly wanting snacks, toast, juice, etc. :) We were arriving on a very early morning international flight, so had booked for the night before in order to avoid having to wait until 3 or 4 in the afternoon to get in. The host was very responsive when I hadn't received the access information and quickly provided everything so that we were able to get in as soon as we got there.

Quite far from town centre but would be good for Legoland. Would make sense to have one double and two singles as opposed to two doubles.

Lots of amenities eg dishwasher and washing machine. Car parking space. Near supermarket and coffee shop.

The duvet in the main bedroom was very thin, could do with something a bit more substantial.

The steps into the apartment are quite narrow and steep which makes it slightly awkward with luggage but not unmanageable. The timer on the light in the en-suite was far too short. Several times during showering you were left in the dark! In the main bathroom the light is on a switch so not an issue. The mattress on the bed was too firm for our liking which made sleeping slightly uncomfortable and for achey backs in the morning. However, our daughter found the mattress in the second bedroom perfect.

The apartment was lovely and modern. It was also spacious and well maintained. On arrival the apartment was very clean and had all the necessary, basic, amenities already in place. There was good communication from ENTR with instructions and we had no issues during our stay. The apartment was about a mile from the center of Windsor which made it easily walkable. The shops nearby were really handy for essentials.
