We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomTV fell off the wall. We were offered another room, but we didn’t want the hassle of moving as we only had one night left. Vegetarian options on the menu were limited, so we didn’t eat at the hotel in the evening.

This is my second time at this hotel and this visit was as good as my first. The location is great with the beach across the road and accessible restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel is extremely clean and comfortable. The beds are so comfortable. There was an issue with my room and this was dealt with promptly and I was moved rooms. This is excellent customer care and I want to thank the staff member that dealt with this. I will return to stay.

United KingdomMy only real criticism is if you park at the front of the hotel you have to walk to the other side of the bar to check in and this is not sign posted. If staying park at the rear where it is more accessible. Only one lift which is through a few doors and I am not aware of any rooms on the lower floor so unsure what options are available for people with accessibility needs.
Hotel situated in a lovely location with sea views and rooms were all well fitted and very comfortable. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Nice touch with the free drink if you are only staying for a few days and don’t need the room cleaned!

United KingdomHard to criticise really, only minor points, I found the pillows were too hard and personally I like a fruit salad and granola option for breakfast rather than whole pieces of fruit. Sunday lunch was top notch!

Excellent accommodation with everything you need. Immaculate room with lovely touches like treats for our dog which she loved! Lovely breakfast included and a really pleasant atmosphere. Great position for the beach and only 15min walk into Tynemouth village. We would definitely recommend a stay here!
