Myself and my partner stayed for 4 nights last week, and we can both honestly say that absolutely everything from the immaculate, hotel interior and room, right across the board to the comfort, the food, the evening entertainment, and all the staff including the owners, was exceptional, no complaints at all, we loved our stay at the tynedale hotel, we would highly recommend and will definitely be staying again in the very near future, also the Christmas decorations inside and out gave us a real winter wonderland feeling, a massive well done

We had the junior suite which is accessed from the car park. I would have liked a mat on the inside to wipe feet. I would have liked my towels to have been changed every day, although when I did ask for a new towel it was provided immediately. There were no glasses provided in the room, and the plastic glasses which were there when we first arrived were not replaced after the first day. I would have liked a small fridge in the room.

The welcome was very warm. All the staff were extremely helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was very tastefully decorated, the outside terrace area extremely inviting. The breakfast menu was extensive and all cooked to order. The evening meal was a very high standard. The staff were attentive. The bar and sitting areas were very comfortable. The entertainment was very good.

Difficult to find anything we didnt like, but probably a mini fridge in the room would make it perfect.

Liked everything about this Hotel. Modern, stylish, very appealing Hotel, super clean too. Penthouse suite was fantastic. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Food fabulous. Good car parking.

Nothing really! All good, the only thing was we didn't get to stay in a room with bay window! But that was because of the hotel being fully booked! Which says a lot!!

Our stay was excellent from check in to check out! Staff, food, room, parking a bonus! Lovely friendly hotel.

I would have liked to stay in hotel and not the outside room due to the rain and having to wear a coat for dinner and entertainment plus The steps would be slippery when bad weather The room it self was fine

The breakfast was lovely I have dietary need which the cook was very helpful so the dinner was great very helpful

Every time you want to book a room at this hotel you always end up with a room down the fire escape outside the building .All other rooms inside hotel are taken up with coach parties.

Breakfast good with a Good choice. However it was not very hot.

As mentioned above . Everything else was excellent.I must add a comment on the staff. Each and everyone of them first class a guest could not be treated or expect better service , their attitude to the jobs excellent

Very good, however I think the sausages were a little tough. The bacon was a little salty , if the aforesaid parts of the breakfast could be rectified then I would say 10 out of 10

Woke early every morning by people walking around above our room. One morning it was from 3am. The other morning from 6 am. We think there is a corridor above the bedroom. This was loud and the floors were squeaking. Did not sleep well during our stay. Which was a shame, we loved this hotel. Also I don't drink (normal) tea, when I asked at reception if I could have a herbal tea for the room I was told I had to pay, I've never experienced this before in any other hotels as herbal teas are normally in the rooms! I thought for the cost of the room this wasn't good customer service

Very clean everywhere. The junior suite was comfortable and spacious. Lovely area outside on the front of the hotel to have a drink, with cover and heaters.

There was nothing to dislike.

The hotel was beautifully decorated throughout and spotlessly clean.There were plenty of seating areas around the bar to rest and relax, have a quiet drink or enjoy the entertainment which was of a good standard. The staff were friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant was well organised with everyone keeping the same table for breakfast and evening meal. The service was quick and slick . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return

It is quite dusty on the room equipment, as dusts are everywhere on the electrical appliances. And it would be better to provide USB sockets.

The location is superb and close to the sea. Breakfast is excellent with big portion. Staff are very nice and lent me a iPhone charger. And the performance at night is brilliant by an amazing singer!
