Nice and comfortable and in a lovely quiet location with everything you needed for your stay

There were a few bits of the cottage that could have been cleaned better, like the oven or the surfaces. However, things were generally clean and nothing spoled our stay there...we would come again.

The cottage was in a great location- away from the touristy Snowdonia, but with lovely walks nearby. Our hosts were very friendly and left some homemade bread, along with eggs, bacon and butter....a lovely touch! The communication with our hosts was very quick and efficient.

Lovely small cottage in a great area of outstanding beauty, lots of things to do including hikes, towns, lakes and beaches if the weather allows. Plus Dusty and Rose are great hosts.

Ros and Dusty were lovely hosts. The cottage was very comfortable and well appointed, with a nice little garden overlooking the river and bonus eggs from the hens. Bonus being able to charge our EV with a 7kw charger on the property.

The cottage was warm and comfortable with everything we needed. The garden at the front and back were beautiful. Dusty was very helpful when we had a question and the welcome pack of bread, milk, eggs and bacon was a lovely treat.

The accommodation was brilliant and cosy, and it had everything that you need when travelling with the family. The host came to greet us even though we arrived late and made us feel very welcomed. The cottage is clean, the beds are comfortable, and everything you need is provided. The kitchen is very well equipped and they provided us with some basics for breakfast, which was lovely! The location is stunning, we will definitely come back if we have the chance. Thank you very much for a lovely weekend getaway!

The kitchen needs a scourer for the sink, but it could be that we didn’t find it.

This was a great cottage in a lovely location right next to lake Bala which was beautiful. The cottage had everything one could need for a long or short family stay. We loved how fully equipped it was. Washing machine, dishwasher, oven, kettle toaster etc all provided. The host was welcoming yet not intruding. It was also very warm for a winter stay. Our children loved the hens in the garden and the hanging tennis racket and balls. There was eggs, butter, milk, bread and bacon (we returned as we don’t eat that) provided for breakfast which was a lovely touch. We liked it so much we wanted to stay extra but unfortunately it was booked out.

We wanted to be close to the River Treweryn and the White Water Centre and this was just right. It was very quiet and easily enough space for three adults. The owners are close by, if there are any problems.

There was a strange noise like a vibration which occured constantly through the night and kept us both awake.

Wonderful breakfast hamper which was a kind and thoughtful touch which we were very grateful for. Amazing tea collection and great wifi!
