Better instructions on the parking space. You need to get the keys before parking in the car park as you need the fob to open the gate. We didn’t know this when we arrived so parked in the car park opposite for the day. Only £5 a day or £2 on a Sunday. Once i realised how to get into the space it is tight to get down but I was fine in a family car. Would be nice to have curtains in bedroom as blinds have caps & some were broken. Fork in the fan in the bathroom. One of the spotlights in the lounge has fallen down. Some of the windows wouldn’t close properly or lock.

The apartment needs a spruce up. Kitchen cupboards are looking battered. The bathroom door handle came off in my hand. Paintwork needs a spruce up.

The apartment has an excellent location. Lots of space, bedrooms are big and comfortable. Great having a kitchen.

Could you with an extra cupboard to store groceries. Underground Parking is very tight for a suv car (but there is a payable car park close by £5 per 24hrs)

Bed in main room was like being on a water bed. If one person moved, the other got thrown about, maybe even having on a thick mattress topper may solve that problem. Also, it was the heatwave week, so I had to have all windows open as no fans so found it very noisy as people and cars on road all the time. Also, the car park was great and secure, but if you have a big 4x4 or long car, you may find it difficult it was very much forward and back to get up and down the ramps. Also, how do you get back into the carpark as we couldn't open the side door and went through the shutters? If that is not correct, maybe add to your video!?!?

The apartment is lovely and welcoming. The 2 bedrooms are a really nice size, lots of space. The sofas are super comfy. Nicely decorated and good size towels, proper size bath towels that actually go round you. I loved the video to show how to get to the keys, and the video really was helpful. Communication was great. Very clean, you can see they care about your stay and take pride in the apartment.

Carpets could do with a shampoo as getting a bit grubby in the bedrooms and could do with a coat of paint some time soon. There was a wet grey bath mat in the bathroom.

Loved the layout and decor. A good range of kitchen ware even though only there for a night. Beds comfortable and clean. Overall good facilities.

No wardrobe in main/double bedroom. No mirror in second/twin bedroom. Toilet roll insufficient and also very cheap/thin!! Car park access was very tight and a short walk away from apartment - not ideal in rain when you have luggage and supplies to carry! Confusing check-in arrangements with different information on key pick-up provided by booking.com than host.

Excellent location in close/walking proximity to Swansea arena for our daughter's graduation ceremony and local restaurants thereafter. Nice spacious apartment with comfortable living area and well-equipped kitchen. Perfect for access to marina and beach as well as town centre.

1. No welcome pack or instructions for TV etc 2. When we arrived there was a lady ironing in the apartment she said didn't realise we had booked the apartment. 3. A lady rang the bell the next day to ask when we were leaving. Although we had booked for 2 nights. Seemed very badly organised. 4. TV controls not working. 5. WiFi not working. 6. TV kept turning off. 7. Dust on shelves and tables which needed cleaning. 8. Stains on bedding and on carpets 9. No plug stop in bathroom sink. 10. Wardrobe was full of stuff so unable to hang up clothes. 11. Lack of kitchen utensils such as mixing bowl, washing up bowl, glass tumblers.

The Wi-Fi did not connect to internet so we unable to use smart tv to watch any tv. Some coffee would have been great

Noisy road nearby. Apartment needs a little TLC, e.g. loose or broken window handles. Glasses in the cupboard were dirty.
