Staff at the breakfast room very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. You can walk to Oxford Street, close to the tube, close to the park. A great hotel would return to this hotel.

I only stayed the one night and found it to be an easy and unproblematic stay, the staff was very helpful and flexible about me bringing in my luggage before the check-in which made moving around the city a lot easier. The room was clean and had everything I needed (although I would have appreciated afew more electrical sockets), the bed was comfortable.

Again, the sound bleed from the other room. Plus the shower head would not stay high and it was moving with the water pressure. Just small things and these can be easily fixed.

The hotel was nice but the adjoining door in my room, 103, you could hear all the conversations from next door, and when people moved next door I could feel the movement while I was in my bed ... very strange. It didn't disturb me too much but it was just something I could have done without. Breakfast was basic but I only ever eat a small breakfast and it was what I needed. the location is good as Baywater has some nice restaurants.

Breakfast choice very limited. Air con in internal shower room very noisy. Shower stall small.

Location great and felt safe. Easy to use safe box in room. For a single room it was quite spacious and had lots of storage space for clothes. Pleasant staff.

breakfast was ok, but it would be better if fruits or vegetable were added; radiator in my room was hidden behind my bed and I realised it only at the late end of day, radiator was heating slowly, and it was not a warm night so for most of time it was cold in the room

Troy Hotel is located in an excellent location, across the road from Kensington Gardens, 5 minutes walk to 2 tube stations. An excellent continental breakfast was included. The hotel was very quiet even though located in central location. Great value for money! Kettle with tea and coffee in the room as well as a refrigerator.

A hot radiator was concealed right next to the bed, making the room's temperature uncomfortable until I discovered it.

The hotel is in a convenient location, near various tube stations. The staff were friendly, and there were good facilities in the room.

The lift was not working during our stay and we were on the fifth floor! After walking all day on the city it was a bit hard in the end of the day! Breakfast could have been better. It was really simple with no eggs, or bacon. Just basic bread and cheese. The customer service was very weak: there was nobody behind the reception desk every time we walked by, the ladies in the breakfast room were silent, and all the staff was very quiet and not warm in general! That’s a bit sad when you work in a customer environnement!

The location was perfect: really close to the public transports (bus and tube) and in a really quiet neighborhood.

Shower head wouldn't stay up but less of an issue for my wife! Lift was out of order but that just meant we got our steps up.

Comfortable room and a reasonable selection for the continental breakfast. The reception on the TV was a bit patchy and the mini fridge rattled but neither a big inconvenience. The hotel is ideally located near two tube stations and directly opposite Hyde Park. A variety of restaurants within easy reach too. Friendly staff and good to be away from a 'chain' hotel.

The lift wasn't working so we needed to carry our luggages to the 3rd floor. Flooring and stairs were made of wood so it creaked when someone walked on it.. A bit disturbance during the night when guests return to their rooms late at night.

Room was comfortable and clean. Location was great. Breakfast was also sufficient and enough.
