The pool closed early at 6pm so by the time I arrived, I didn't have enough time to enjoy the pool. The breakfast was very expensive so we walked into town and bought breakfast.

The location was great and we could park easily and for free. The rooms were very comfortable and I slept very well. The view and the grounds were amazing. The parking was easy.

The windows in our room could not open a lot. This is probably because we were located on the ground floor and it makes sense, but could prevent effective ventilation in the warm season. Finally, there was only one type of tea available for consumption — it would be good to have least one other, an infusion perhaps as it was black tea.

The room was very clean and decently sized. Everything worked perfectly except a power socket, but it was reported to reception and they apologised for it. We did not enjoy the restaurant but it has a lovely view and the entire resort is stunningly gorgeous, quiet and peaceful. The staff at check-in and check-out were very friendly and keen to assist our queries. It is not very close to St Ives train station but the walk is enjoyable on a day with good weather. Overall excellent value for money compared to other accommodation options nearby.

From a personal point of view, room attended to every 3 days as staff shortage but we're only informed of this on arrival. Also heating was on full 24 hrs a day which could not be fixed therefore sleeping was difficult.

Great setting and good facilities. Staff very friendly and helpful. The location allows you to either walk or make a short drive into the town or local sights.

We stayed in room 110. It was very comfortable, a little hot but unfortunately the shower was awful, no power in it at all. We actually didn't wash our hair for fear of not being able to get the soap out. We did report it to reception.

Mattress not the most comfortable and swimming pool could do with open a bit earlier so you can have a swim before breakfast.

Room was small and terrible view asked at reception about moving to a sea view they said no problem but would cost a little extra so paid a bit extra and got a really nice room we'll pleased.

The steep hill back up from the town. The breakfast was a bit pricey for what it was.

Beautiful grounds they were really nice to walk around it, the staff were really friendly couldn’t ask for more very welcoming. The location was not too far from St ives town.

It was very warm at night with the radiators on, but with windows open a little, we were comfortable. We did not need the fan provided.

Our twin room was spacious and comfortable with all that we needed. Plenty of room for our possessions. Good roomy bathroom with shower. The view was glorious too.

The plumbing needs to be sorted out plus it took a long time to get hot water. The shower had no pressure, just came out in a dribble. Told the hotel reception which they said they would sort.

The rooms were large and comfortable. Had tea and coffee available in the room. Beds spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
