Lovely bed and breakfast, great location and will definitely go back. Spotlessly Clean room and a plentiful breakfast basket delivered to your door. The bed was very comfortable and though next to a busy main road we didn't notice the traffic noise and it certainly didn't keep us awake.

Nice continental breakfast delivered in a basket to our room at a time of our choosing (we had to leave early in the morning. Very clean and private room. Walking distance from the centre.

Room would benefit from easier to work at desk (I had to move the table to reach a plug for my laptop) for those travelling with work but this was just a very small thing and worked fine.

Great location only a few minutes walk from the city centre and the bus station, and 30' from the train station. A beautiful garden at the entrance and a welcoming lovely couple whose hospitality and kindness touches your heart. Breakfast was amazing and the cleanliness above and beyond. Highly recommended.

The room was very clean and well maintained with plenty of space for my luggage. Continental style breakfast was delivered to my door at the time I requested. Lovely selection of goodies which included: cereal, pastries, fruit, yoghurt. There was no option for a more savoury choice but what was provided was of lovely quality.

The property is situated within an easy walk of the City Centre. The downside of the location is that it is on a busy main road with some traffic noise. The room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. An excellent and varied continental breakfast is served in the room with cereals, fresh fruit, juice, and pastries all charmingly served in a basket
