The location was great. Easy walk to the city center. The house was large enough to accommodate 5 people. Cozy and fast Wifi.

It was not very clean especially the beige carpets that had stains in every room. And we found hairs in the bedsheets when we went to sleep.

The house is very big and nicely decorated ! The living room is a beautiful room to enjoy time as a groupe with a massive dining table and 2 couches. Also great location a bit outside the business of the city centre but very close by.

The property is a little tired with stained carpets and sofas and a number of dents and scratches on the walls. In addition the beds are not the most comfortable.

The location is excellent and the house is roomy and well equipped.

the beds were not the comfiest as two singles together so a dip. Lots of stains on carpet and marks on wall, mould on shower head. Shame no free parking. Needs a bit of a refurb but overall good!

Mattresses were a little old & squeaky, but everything else was very new and exceptionally tasteful. possibly a few more water glasses or wine glasses would be useful.

There was no cutlery, not even a spoon to make teas and coffees with- was rather strange.

The house is absolutely stunning. It was such a treat to stay in a wonderful building and have it so close to the centre of Bath was beyond perfect.

After being there for an hour we realised it hadn’t been cleaned properly, the previous guests had clearly enjoyed a party but there was bits all over the furniture, the carpets were grotty and the dishwasher hadn’t been emptied. We were disappointed but didn’t hear anything again from Diana. It was so noisy from traffic and seagulls when we had the windows open we couldn’t sleep we rotated bedrooms but on the last day we just went home as we couldn’t bear the noise at night anymore. We were disappointed

It looked like it was decorated really nicely on arrival, and we were all very pleased.

Dirty kitchen & living room with filth on the dining table and chairs. All the cutlery were Dirty and placed in the dishwasher. No tissues and toilet paper were available throughout the apartment. Only 3 rolls and they were half used.

Great location everything was within walking distance! Nice places to eat and drink locally and easy to order taxis too/from if venturing a little further. The host was friendly and informative would definitely book again.

Two very minor gripes. You can’t lock the front-door from the outside without the key and there is nothing to lock your bike to in the back-garden.
