My window doesn’t lock or close lol that’s a joke also was stood outside after booking room for over 1 hour and I ring the number for hotel they swear at me and threaten me lol absolutely terrible would never go back

I told this place to fix hot water back in july when I first booked there. Nothing got done and its against health and safety. Wanting a partial refund.

I’d have rather spent double the price to stay in a real hotel. Do not waste your money on this place. Room was dirty, wallpaper peeling off walls and layers of dust. Didn’t feel safe.

It was cheaper than any other option in huddersfield.

Whilst they took a low / minimum £1 card payment as a security payment, it would be nice to receive it back, but after repeated messages asking as its more a principle thing, sadly no reply todate or refund ? bad business id say so not something id recommend

The facilities ,cleanliness I mean it's just dirty people's dirty underwears left in the bathroom, personal clothes left hanged on the corridor, TV doesn't work , broken hangers left laying in the room, the door to room big problem, no water glass or cup in room there's alot.

All the facilties lacked basic standards. There was broken toilet seat as well as broken shower head. Warn towels,. The rooms 5, 6 were in loft so were really humid. Did question about the fan only got one instead of two. It was really hot during our visit. As the rooms were loft rooms we had to keep the windows open for the ventilation, as soon as we did that all the mosquitoes came from the trees in the garden plus the smell of the restaurants next door was noticed as well. The lobby to the room smelt bad, the remote to room 6 was broken so access to tv was not possible. The furniture was old tired and stained. My daughter even saw a cockroach on the first floor. A note for anyone who gets room 6 is the door does not open comfortably you have to really put a lot of strength in to access it. Worst experience ever !!!!!

Only thing worth liking was the instructions sent on how to access the property.

There were no plates, glasses or cutlery. The cupboards contained next to nothing except for some rotten vegetables and lots of stains. The kitchen was extremely messy with stains all over the cooking utilities and bins were not emptied. TV remote was snapped in half on arrival. Tap in the kitchen broken and floor very unclean

There was no breakfast, only good if you want to stay for one night and won't be in the room very much at all. The room has a fridge and a fan

The location was fine. But other than that, the room was impossibly tiny and you had to climb a stee staircase to use the toilet. That was unacceptable

Communal bathrooms in a dreadful state. Floors wet, and one was clearly mouldy under the flooring. Very strong smell of damp. Toilets dirty. Shower head broken on both showers, so could only be used as a hosepipe. No other means of washing. Only one towel provided for two guests.

Location good for Huddersfield centre. Room acceptable, but decor basic and not well maintained.

We book room and give them arrival time around 23:00 when we arrived we tried next 45 minutes to connect with property management for our room key but no one attended us, eventually when we connected we found out we were in over booked property and had no where to stay. It was 01:00 in morning and we had no energy to go anywhere so we stay in our car. One of the worst experience ever had was on this property, a clear red flag.

The area is infested with mice and rats outside the building and it was hard to find plus when I couldn’t find a property and I asked the owner he was showing attitude, over text not answering the phone
