We felt the mattress is time for replacement. The rooms could use a few convenience additions such as a clock, coat rack, dish cloth, & paper towels. The TV offering needed some Sports channels.

Every staff member we encountered was friendly and professional. Check in and check out was smooth. The bar and restaurant was convenient and food and beverage options were plentiful and excellent. The location was excellent. We were visiting for the London marathon and having the Tower Hill tube and Tower Gateway DLR stops right by really helped us navigate the city with ease. It is a busy area but we liked that. Our room overlooked the courtyard which was quiet and away from the bustle around the hotel.

The twin beds are very hard. Some of the hardest I’ve ever slept on… could use a mattress topper.

Wonderful service and huge, modern and very clean room for London so close to Tower Hill. Loved the kitchenette and view from our room. Exceptionally easy to get to and very convenient for work. Zero issues during our stay, I wish I had known about the Blue Orchid years ago.

The only critique i have is the carpet in the hallways to your rooms could do with a little revamping.

From the moment we stepped into the lobby of Tower Suites by Blue Orchid, (after a long day of travel), it was clear we were in for a treat. This was a surprise getaway for my young twin sons and me, and the hotel surpassed all our expectations. We spent two unforgettable nights in a sumptuous suite with breathtaking views of Tower Bridge — an unforgettable backdrop. The entire experience was seamless, from a smooth check-in process to a hassle-free check-out. Our suite was a vision of luxury, so much so that my sons are now campaigning to redecorate our apartment in its image! The attention to detail in the decor and the plush comforts provided made every moment in the room a delight. Dining at the hotel was another highlight. The breakfast offerings were extensive and catered to all tastes, from the lush freshness of seasonal fruits to the hearty traditional English breakfast and delightful made-to-order pancakes. Every dish was prepared to perfection and left us eager to return each morning. The staff at Tower Suites deserves a special mention for their exceptional service, particularly the congenial gentleman who checked us in — his first name started with a 'U.' His warm welcome and the charming way he introduced my sons to local colloquialisms like "Cheers, Mate" were just the beginning of many thoughtful interactions that enriched our stay. I wholeheartedly recommend Tower Suites by Blue Orchid Hotels to anyone visiting London. It is now my go-to accommodation whenever I'm in the city, thanks to the world-class service and the memorable experiences we had. A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful staff for making our stay so special.

A small detail I didn't like (although I understand the policy): we arrived earlier for the check-in and we had to pay early check-in fee.

What could be better? I should live there! : )

The hotel is exceptional down to the last detail. When I arrived to check in, there was a queue. Immediately, a hotel employee invited me to wait in the bar and offered me a hot chocolate. When it was my time, they came to call me. The hotel has a high level of experience in every detail. The concierge made amazing recommendations for restaurants and transport. The room is very spacious, with modern furniture, everything looks new. The bed and pillows are perfect, really soft. It's very close to the tube station and London's tourist attractions.

Traveled here for work, and brought my family along (including our 4 month old). The suite was exceptionally large, especially for London. We had plenty of room for 3 adults + baby. Everything was really clean, organized, and lots of space. Highly, highly recommend if traveling with family.

Excellent location for work travelling. Functional room design (switches next to bed, usb plug, full height mirror etc). Blackout curtains. Good level of noise insulation (busy street runs right in front). No carpets which is so rare and great for a person with dust allergy. Very comfortable bed. Kitchenette in the room is quite handy though I didn’t really use it

One of my favourite hotels in London! I have stayed here a few times now and always been so impressed. The staff are so kind, rooms are so clean and comfortable and perfect location! We stayed yesterday for my partners birthday celebrations and had a lovely surprise when checking in we had a free upgrade which was really greatly appreciated! Could not recommend this hotel enough :)

My room was facing the tower and had a small balcony. But the door was shut, so you could not really use it to have a morning coffee on the balcony. It was weird a bit for me
