Excellent system of key locker which means you can get access to your room without anyone being there. The room was very large, clean and comfortable. We had a private patio where we could enjoy a drink in the evening while looking at the mountains. The bathroom was very new and clean.

Just a very small thing, but a slightly firmer pillow would’ve made the stay perfect! You can certainly double (and triple!) up if needed though.

Extremely clean, comfortable and modern bedrooms with stunning views over to Nevis. I was pleasantly surprised by the shower pressure and the quality of the hand soap! Room only accommodation so no cooked breakfast but little porridge pots and granola bars provided as well as the usual teas and coffees.

Unfortunately you'll have to keep the window closed due to the midgets.

The view...breathtaking views and you can even enjoy them on you private patio. Room was gigantic...very clean and well equipped. Although they do not offer breakfast, you'll have tea, Nescafé and even porridge in your room.

Our room & en suite bathroom were comfortable and clean (with plenty of space for our large suitcases) and we especially appreciated the host’s kindness and hospitality! Additionally, we didn’t book breakfast, but our room still came with a kettle + tea, oatmeal, & granola bars which we thought that was a nice touch. Thank you Smaxi!

Tower Ridge House is ideally located. Close enough to all required facilities but far enough away from Fort William not to be inconvenient. The views to Ben Nevis would have been perfect except for the cloud, but we did get to see most of it on several occasions.

The room was a really nice size, felt new or updated, was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also large with a nice shower that was contained and didn't get water all over the floor! The area around the hotel with the views of Ben Nevis was beautiful!

The location was ideal for my purposes - a mix of walking in the hills and exploring the natural surroundings. I liked the fact that it was out of town and that I could walk from the door.

Attention to the towels would be good. Not as white anymore and an odor that wasn't pleasant when they where wet from drying off.

Breakfast was just instant porridge and coffee. The room was fabulous - every last detail was made to make our stay comfortable.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

We arrived on the Thursday evening to be greeted by the host, very helpful and attentive from the get go. Room was very spacious, clean and well kept. Location was ideal for climbing Ben Nevis from our preferred starting point while being close enough to Fort William high street.

The email with instructions was sent only a couple hours before our arrival, since we were travelling we were unprepared for how to check in. Thankfully there was an owner on site. The room we were in had no plug in by a mirror to use a hair dryer or a flat iron. There was an extremely large mirror up against the wall but no plug was accessible. Our room faced the parking lot. The window blind and drapes are both black out which made the room dark. It was hot in the room so we had the windows and blind open for air to circulate. People coming in to the property to see directly into our room. It would be nice if either the blinds or drapes would allow some privacy with light and air being able to get through.

It was a great location and easy to find. The rooms are modern and nicely decorated. Owner was friendly.

It would be nice if they would provide a fan as the room got a little stuffy, and for some reason the floor lighting came on in the middle of the night. We really like the electric fire place with no heat.

Check in was seamless, the view was amazing and the check out was easy. No real complaints and if I was staying in the area for a few days I would stay there.
