Noise from underground and no A/c ….it was a floor unit. Breakfast was also only available at sister hotel so didn’t bother going.

They clean up room after 3 days. I paid for city view. When I told property that I am given wrong view, nothing was done, they didn’t even bother to apologise for this.

The Bathroom was very small with a low ceiling height, this made showering a struggle. The shower was over the bath and the shower head holder was broken. Not the best shower I’ve had. There were coffee rings left on the table when we arrived. No air conditioning in the room and the lift didn’t work.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The bedroom/living area was spacious and light. Overall it was clean enough.

Only one small criticism. Only moderately equipped for meal preparation. Kitchen utensils could do with an audit.

Noise from traffic and rumble of underground trains through building. lift out of order without any notification before arrival. Faulty kettle wasn't replaced even though staff said it would be. Bathroom extractor fan broken. Room temperature difficult to moderate, seemed to be on or off. Kitchen cabinet handles difficult to grasp(thin flat profiles). Claustrophobic corridors.

Great location and staff. The apartment is very large and comfortable. The only complaint is that the lift has not been working when I have 9 flight aid stairs to clumb.

Cleaning and maintenance are still to be improved as negligent work is visible in a few instances: door knobs, window frames (old and worn out). Moreover, windows do not close properly which add to noise and cold. One can hear the tube in the underground but there is not much you can do about it. Also, lot of noise from the street, police, ambulance, loud cars. Elevator was out of order for the whole stay which causes nuisance when having to go upstairs with the luggage but also for regular walking to upper rooms. Makes one wonder if it’s energy cost saving or lack of diligence? Not a good impression on this.

Excellent view to the Tower of London and excellent location (multiple tube connections, close to important spots), room size, interior design. Very comfortable room. Nespresso coffee capsules provided complimentary, as well as milk and cereals, bottled water. Kitchenware provided, cloth and dish washing machine. Furniture is new and modern. A vanity mirror in the living room is a nice addition in terms of amenities.

You can hear some noise from the underground trains but it didn’t bother us too much.

The staff here were so kind and helpful. I was travelling with my mother and she was concerned about noise because she is a light sleeper. I had emailed them about this in advance and when we arrived the staff showed us two different rooms and allowed us to choose which one we would prefer. The one we stayed in was actually an upgrade from the one we originally booked. They were so helpful and wanted to make sure we had the best possible stay. The location is also fantastic.

Although the rooms are pretty large they’re a bit soulless. Could do with some pictures on the walls to make it feel more homely and better lighting options (the main room just has one ceiling lamp). You can (just about) hear and feel the tube running under the building (it gently shakes the floor). It didn’t bother me, my room was on the 2nd floor. It’s really just a building with apartments, rather than a full service hotel (no restaurant or facilities on site) but I think you can use those at their other hotel about 5 minutes walk away. There is a room service menu so you’re not totally stuck. There’s no climate control as such (only a portable air con unit and ceiling fans) but the heating is controlled on each radiator. The fridge was a good size but didn’t have a freezer compartment. Reception could do with being spruced up a bit, it’s very small and some of the decor is tired. Not much of a view out of the window (but I’m guessing there were apartments that looked out onto the Tower of London).

I was upgraded to a 1-bedroom apartment, it had lots of space, decent kitchen facilities (combi-oven/microwave, washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, toaster etc)and a bathroom with a bath (and shower over it). It was clean and generally quiet. The lady on reception gave me a very warm welcome. Location-wise it’s right near the Tower of London (my view unfortunately was into an office block) and there are plenty of restaurants and shops in the vicinity. Fresh milk was left in the fridge, some nespresso coffee capsules and enough dishwasher & washing machine tablets for a couple of loads. The bed was very comfortable indeed and the large windows let in a lot of light. There was a big TV in both the lounge and the bedroom, both with HDMI connections on the wall, so easy to use.

The access doors for the kitchen and bedrooms can not stay open. I understand that is a security measure probably, but it is super annoying.

It has excellent views and location. Super attention at the front desk and fantastic service from the staff. Always smiling.

There could have been more accurate communication in the leadup to the check-in regarding check in time and also what was being supplied.

It was located close to Tower Hill station but within walking distance to Bank and Monument stations and an easy walk to London Tower, Tower Bridge, London Bridge and Borough Markets. The suites were large and well appointed and very comfortable. There was access to the gym at the Hotel and a number of reasonable pubs closeby. The staff were responsive and helpful.

Great location for working in the city. Very close to train stations for wider travel. Spacious room with a separate living room and kitchen. Great place to stay if you are there for more than a few days. Desk staff were also incredibly helpful and readily offered assistance.

We expected more when it came to cleaning. We checked in on Wednesday 27th of December, and they cleaned our room on Sunday on the 31st of December, after we asked on Saturday for update. It seemed that there was a lack of knowledge in the personnel as we heard two different opinions. One stating that the room was about to be cleaned on Saturday ( which never happened) and another that the room was supposed to be cleaned on Sunday, which happened after we asked them to do so.

The location and the positive energy and smile of all the different staff members at the reception desk. The room is as described and the sofa bed was made up. The welcoming hamper was useful to get us started.

The elevator broke down so we got lots of steps in! Wasn’t very convenient with luggage.

Brilliant location - literally across the road from Tower Bridge and minutes to Tower Hill underground station. Lots to see and do on your doorstep but also very easy to navigate your way around London from this base. High quality, comfortable facilities in traditional building.
