Property is clean and comfortable, it’s located in a quiet area, near River Thames. Host is friendly and nice.

Some better bedding - bottom and top sheets - would have made the bed more pleasant and comfortable. The cupboard in the bathroom contained old items which needed throwing away. Sachets of coffee and milk would have been welcome, to go with the appreciated kettle and mugs.

No breakfast included in this deal. However, there are good cafes just round the corner.

The property needs to have a regular cleaner. The shower glass had dried on staining which hasn’t been regularly cleaned. The main kitchen area window had newspaper as a coverings. A cheap roller blind would cost £20 and would benefit the look and feel of the place. The bed side cabinet draws were extremely dusty and had a huge long black hair in the drawer. The stay was relatively priced ok. we only got changed there and returned to sleep there and were up and off by 9.15am the next morning. The owner was extremely polite and I should have mentioned these things to him before I left the property. As the accommodation is near to my relatives I would like to stay here again but in all honesty the place would need to be cleaned to rent out.

The property was adequate for what we needed. It had a nice bathroom and combined sleeping and lounge/kitchen area.

It felt a bit grubby and could do with a bit of tlc. There were discarded candles and cutlery thrown into cupboards which clearly hadn’t been cleaned for some time. More instruction on how to check in would have been helpful. It was also freezing inside so it would have been nice to have had the radiator put on before my arrival. It took several hours for it to heat up…

Good location and nice bathroom, clean towels. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel all provided.

The access to the property is through the owners garden. We came back when it was dark, the lighting wasn’t great.

Nothing major at all just a few points that had been brought up in previous reviews but not sorted. It definitely needs thicker blinds on the windows and there is nothing to cover the large frosted glass pane in the door. In the morning the place was lit up by the sun at half past 6 but in the evening with the lights on everything inside can be seen from outside... It needs a bit more crockery as very limited, only one towel was provided and there is no TV, but that is in the advert anyway. Being a bit picky now but some crisp white pillow cases and sheet would have been fitting and more relaxing - the thick, black and red rose covered bed sheet was a little off-putting :/

The place itself was clean and modern, great shower and comfortable bed. Very close to pubs/restaurants/co-op. We were happy for one night's stay thanks.

The location was perfect for my work in Twickenham and I walked home from Richmond on the second night along the river. Such a good location. The family were lovely and the apartment/studio has every you could need. The WiFi dropped out on the second evening but i decided to hot spot instead of bothering the family - otherwise I'm sure it would have been sorted quickly. The only thing is that you will want to bring an eye mask, as the light comes through the glass door and it can get bright quite early! A fabulous stay thank you.

Unfortunately only one towel was left out so I had to ask for a second one. This was supplied immediately. No hair dryer or TV are in the studio. The kitchen equipment is sparse but we did not need to cook or prepare meals during our 2 night stay. The kitchen sponge & cloth were used, not fresh looking. No hand towel or tea towel in the kitchen. No table to eat at, again not an issue for us but others may find this a problem. The 2 windows had very thin blinds that let all the light in. The door has frosted glass with no blind or curtain. Consequently we were awake extremely early

We had a little difficulty finding the property, but managed to do so without contacting hosts. More details on booking ,com would have been useful. Hosts were at home. Key was in the door of the studio. They met us with a warm welcome. Friendly & very helpful with good knowledge of local public transport. Excellent location opposite bus stop for Richmond. They let us have some milk to make a cup of tea which was nice. The studio is very new. There is huge potential for the venue to be fantastic. Its a shame more notice has not been taken of previous reviews & changes made.

Not enough kitchen equipment, one dish, no tea spoons, one bath towel, no tea towels, no table to eat off, too light needs better blinds for night. Suggest you take towels, dishes, cutlery, parking very poor, had to pay extra to host to park on their drive, even though we were only guests, suggest you reserve a place, even though its supposed to be free.

Hosts were friendly, location good, comfy bed, clean, nice touch of fresh fruit given to us.

The kitchette needed a few more utensils but the hosts were happy for us to ask for anything extra that we needed.

The hosts were very accommodating & willing to help & offer suggestions about the local area. When we had two minor issues, they were quickly fixed. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do and close to public transport. It was also easy to get to from Heathrow. The room was large enough for us to relax and to move around easily, including getting into our luggage. We were pleased we could make some meals in the kitchenette as well as tea/coffee.

great location to Twickenham stadium and the Thames path. the hosts were really lovely and it was a great price to have parking included as well. would stay again.

This is not a complaint as it was never advertised with a tv. However having a tv would have been a welcome enhancement.

We had some serious communication issues due to the host's phone, I couldn't get in touch with them until late. As the place description does not include details on the location (understandably, as it is on private land), it was impossible for me to access the room until much later than expected. The heater had not been turned on so it was quite cold.

Really appreciated the slippers provided! Lovely shower room, lots of space in the room. Thoughtful host. Enjoyable décor, lots of mirrors.
