We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe quantity of the salad leaves was unnecessary, and it overwhelmed the five strips of chicken! The salad was also dry and impossible to digest.
Comfortable and immaculate hotel with lovely staff. The restaurant team were excellent, and the young lad will be a great asset for the hotel. Very comfortable beds, although the double was two singles joined together! This was our second visit, and we will undoubtedly return.

United KingdomDespite the make over this did not extend to the bedrooms. My room was pleasant but dated. Bed comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities available. There was a message in the bathroom advising use of the shower but despite using the correct eco setting the water came out at a trickle. Breakfast was nice but not extensive and if I had had any allergies or was vegetarian or vegan that would have been something I needed to declare separately as opposed to just a standard option on the menu.
Tor-Na-Coille has recently undergone a makeover in the bar lounge and dining room. It’s looking lovely. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Little touches such as silver teapot to keep the Victorian era vibe

United KingdomThere was some dust and cob webs in the room but it is a beautiful old building. Biggest issue was no hot water in the morning and I had to ask for a room price reduction rather than be offered one.
The food was excellent both dinner and breakfast and the room had a beautiful high ceilings and a lovely bay window and seating area - very relaxing.

United KingdomThe shower! The Eco setting doesn't deliver a punch shower; definitely not good enough for a hair wash. In truth, I'd have loved a bath, but would have been OK with a shower if it had been better.
After a terrible few days looking after my dying father, it was really wonderful to come back to a calm, comfortable hotel staffed by kind people.

United KingdomIf I have a small criticism it would be we asked for a double room and although it was to all purposes it was the beds were 2 single beds put together with a double mattress on top which over a period of time has caused a the mattress to become in effect 2 single beds As we were there for valentine not what we were looking for Just a minor criticism
Overall the experience was indeed very positive The hotel was very clean and the staff very sttentive. The chef cooked a special meal for my partner as she only eats chicken
