Smell in bathroom from drains? Overpowering at times. No washing up liquid or dishcloth or hand towel in kitchen. Codevon door instead of key.

View from windows and location were excellent. Clean Large TV. Free wifi. Couldn't hear road or neighbours. Excellent description of how to get in and where entrance was located.

We used the parking space so the back entrance, little side street, pitch black alleyway, good job for phone torches.... a light did come on when we got closer to the back door. The staircase was quite narrow. Don't recall reading that it was 3rd floor when booking. The outside looked horrible so we went up to check the apartment before deciding to stay in case it matched but luckily it didn't! Maybe the front entrance was more appealing No Netflix as advertised, disappointed 7-year-old after a busy day who was using the front room.(one for all remote, we tried everything) There was an awful smell coming from the kitchen, couldn't find anything to cause it so that was odd and a bit off-putting

Was like a little home from home., front room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Had everything you needed for a few nights away (ours was only one night).lovely little apartment. Location was in a close driving location to a major supermarket. The host was really responsive to communication especially as there was an error with booking.com messages the day of reveieving our stay in information

Floor in kitchen is slightly sloped but it is called topsy turvy after all. 😊 Alot of steep steps to flat and rear entrance alleyway is slippery when wet.

Its a nice little flat once inside, don't be put off by the exterior or parking situation. It may look a bit sjetchy but its safe enough. Area is busy and noisy but the windows block most of the noise out. Well equipped and comfortable. Shower is excellent!

We couldn’t get into the front door for about half an hour with the code we were provided. We were directed to the back door as an alternative by the property owner over text. I let them know that it worked and that we were in, expecting to receive something along the lines of “great, sorry about that, enjoy your stay”, but I received nothing. Appreciate it might not have been the property owner’s fault either but it wasn’t ours and it would’ve been nice to have even the tiniest of apologies for the inconvenience. If it wasn’t for this, and the 1-2 word responses I received when enquiring about late checkout (£20 by the way) etc, I probably would’ve given it a 10 like I do with most places I stay.

The flat was nicer than we expected for the price and there were cookies, coffees, etc which is always a nice touch. There was also shampoo, towels, etc that you would expect. It’s in a good location for a night out on Wind Street if that’s your motive

Wasn't properly cleaned before our stay. (Maybe due to holidays - but not really nice) Sofa and carped not vacuumed - crumbs and fluff... Could use a all over cleaning and some renovations - then it would be so lovely. I'm sure they can implement this! :)

Cute set up apartment with bedroom, living room, bath and kitchen. Central but quiet location. Sea-view from the bed and all rooms. Grocerie stores and restaurants around the corner. Fair price - would come back.

-Top floor, steep stairs. Not a massive issue but I would have appreciated it knowing this in advance as I was traveling with an elderly person. -No internet connection. The network was there but signal was so weak it wouldn't even connect to the internet. -It looked a bit shabby and it could have done with a good deep clean. You could tell it had been cleaned (superficially) as surfaces, floors and sheets were clean but sofa was full of (dog?) hair, windows seriously stained, carpets smelled of dump a bit as you walked in, etc. Liveable but it gave us a bit of a student accommodation sort of vibe which seems to be quite common in Swansea.

Sofa bed was awful, hallway and the shower door did not close properly.

I liked the location of the property the main bed was comfortable but the sofa bed was not comfortable at all. A bit of confusion when trting to get in as the flat next door had a brown and the same number.

didn’t realise there would be so many stairs to climb to apartment. these need a good clean too. sugar in the coffee. invisible slope in floor in bathroom. sofa bed uncomfortable to sit on.

near to town centre and beach. tea,coffee& sugar available. very comfortable bed. value for money. nice touches

Everything - It was the most dirty place I’ve ever attempted to even stay we checked in and checked straight back out plug sockets were hanging off the wall there was a bogie smear on the dirty skirting boards marks in the kitchen floor a brick next to the boiler holding something up? Hair in the shower and we was met with the most disgraceful host accusing my us of these things as she claimed was deep cleaned. It was evidently clear it wasn’t. Also to add the host accused us of making up a story of a very close member of our family who had recently passed away, a way of angling for us to not stay and receive a refund. All round disgusting do not stay here.

Remote control for Netflix didn't work. I had to download polaroid remote app before my kids could watch TV.

The accommodation is simply the best among its category. Neat, secure, well equipped and comfortable. My kids love the apartment. It's very close to city center. I love it.

regret to express my disappointment regarding my recent two-week stay at Topsy Turvy Airbnb Swansea. The property desperately needed a thorough and deep clean; it was evident that cleanliness standards were not met. The overall condition of the place left much to be desired, requiring modernisation and updates throughout. The presence of dust and mold was concerning, making the experience unpleasant. To add to the inconvenience, I lost all power on my 2nd day and all heating on my 4th, though it was dealt with in a professional manner but was still very inconvenient. Provisions of only two bath towels for a two-week stay was inadequate, especially with the absence of an any washing machine or dryer, which further hindered my stay. I had hoped for a better experience.
