The TVs in the superior room are a bit far away from the bed and a bit useless to watch! You kind of have to squint your eyes to watch! 🥺 But doesn’t ruin the experience just unfortunately at night if you want to wind down in bed with some tv it’s just a bit useless! 🥹

The cool little details around the hotel are amazing, especially the titanic next to the lifts 😝 The overall design is done perfectly, especially the halls going to the room the smells are just amazing and looks really cool! 🥳 The spa is probably the best thing about the hotel though 🫢, absolutely brilliant if you are a couple or simply just going for a nice relaxing time, the warm pool is amazing and the sounds, the ambient lighting and a good range of different areas you can relax in. Would definitely recommend going, and the price is decent especially to some we’ve been to. 🙂‍↔️ The bed is quite comfortable and big, the rooms are really spacious, we stayed in the superior room and the amount of space you have is like a mini home! 🏠 🏃🏼‍♂️ If you get the dockside view, it’s really nice you get a nice big view of the dock!

We were given a complimentary upgrade on arrival, which made our visit even better! The hotel is gorgeous! All staff were so friendly and helpful. The standard of the hotel is amazing! We couldn’t have had a better time!

Acoustics were poor in our Event room, too echoey but microphone not helpful

We held a Reunion there and everyone loved both hotel and the location with easy access to many museums. Wonderful staff, extremely helpful throughout our two day stay. Might use it again for same.

It would have been handy to have had instructions on how to use the heating/air conditioning panel in the room. It is quite a walking distance into town, though this wasn't a problem for us.

The room was excellent - nice and big. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. Parking on site, which was reasonably priced.

Could do with a smart TV but in no way retracts from the stay.

The size of the room was insane. We had dinner in the restaurant and breakfast, the food was incredible, highly recommend. Shout out to Ramona at breakfast service, she went above and beyond for us.

The location put me off slightly a it's a little derelict looking but I have nothing bad to say about the hotel

The room was amazing, so large and spacious. I love the decor and vibe of the whole place. The lighting through the hotel and rooms is dark and moody and my not be to everyone's taste but I felt it added to the atmosphere of the hotel

The design and style the Mood the way the original features of this gorgeous building have been preserved and mixed at the same time perfectly with the modern design. Wonderful place. I was so amazed that they upgraded me to a suite for free so I had the best time ever!! Great hotel and definitely to go back again!

Rooms were brilliant. Spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was equally spacious and loved the Espa bath products. The breakfast was one of the best ive had in any hotel ive stayed at. The spa was well worth a visit too!

The shower cubicle in our room. There is a big square shower head that was spraying the water up over the top of the glass cubicle & soaking all the wall & floor. So we ended up soaking up all the water with all the towels. Room 138. Needs fixing

The breakfast is amazing. There is so much to choose from, hot & cold. Staff are always clearing the table & cleaning them ready for the next people.

I think the a la carte dining menu is a bit pedestrian and doesn’t really match the imaginative wine list. The food itself is good but in a hotel like this for me bangers and mash, burgers and fish and chips? Could be better.

Self service great selection really top class. Fresh fruit pasties a chef cooking fresh omelettes Room is amazing so large fresh and clean The hotel is just how it looks on the website if not better
