I adore coming to the Titanic, but the prices have gone up since I 1st stayed after you 1st opened. I had to stay at another hotel due to you being booked up the previous day, and tbh this opened my eyes to the incredible value another hotel offered. Far cheaper and the breakfast was as good as the Titanics for £10.95. The breakfast costs at the Titanic are very pricey! For the cost of the room, breakfast needs to be included to be fair, or reduce these costs. Almost £20 ahead is very high! It will only encourage ppl to bring their own to eat in their rooms. May be I wasn't meant to pay and my breakfast was included? Not sure, but Almost £40 is way too high to charge a guest.

Love the size of the room. Access to our room earlier than expected. This was so helpful after a very long journey. So clean and brilliantly interior designed.

Have to pay for the car park. Should be complimentary for hotel guests. Might be good to have some brighter lighting near mirrors in the room to get ready better.

The rooms are massive. Such good value for money. The spa is lovely.

£250 a night is rather expensive, and it strikes a bad note when parking is then charged on top. I personally found the hotel generally too dark. I think it would benefit from some feature lighting.

Large room, massive bed & nice decor. Large bathroom with shower & bath, twin sinks. Plenty of towels, robe & slippers.

The hall ways to the room were very dark, struggled to find the key mechanism to open the door. Beware if there is a wedding it can be difficult getting to the bar at times. There were only two disability bays by the front door and two more right at the bottom of the car park which made it very difficult pulling wheeled cases up to the front door over the cobbled flooring. The hotel is quite a bit out and there’s nothing else around. Suited our stay as just a stop over.

Rooms were huge, bed was very comfortable. Air conditioned. Restaurant was great, staff lovely and food delicious, quick service. Car parking on site, easy payment system by the doors on way out.

EV charge points, 4 spaces which were occupied for 48 hours straight. I asked to be alerted when one became free, but seemingly they never became free.

Brilliant hotel, this is our umpteenth trip and it is consistently excellent, room was a triumph, so clean and spacious and breakfast always good fun.

Restaurant was fully booked. And spa was also fully booked. I was calling the spa for 2 days prior to booking and couldn't get through to them. Finnaly got through on day of booking and there was no availability. I was dis heartened because i booked thos trip for my daughters 18th birthday. I feel like we never got full experience. But hotel was amazing
